Asparagus roasted just until done in Ghee leaving it with a little bite! The bacon gives it a hint of smokiness and the parmesan cheese adds just the right amount of cheesiness without being overpowering. And If you want a little heat just sprinkle with a few red pepper flakes before roasting. This low carb dish is an amazing Keto recipe!

I've never tried asparagus in ghee! Loving the bacon and Parmesan for sure! I'm all for adding the heat with the chili flakes so that's a must for me! Great idea, thanks for sharing!

Great tutorial. I'm making this right now. Btw it's pronounced with the H in ghee like G-H-ee not Gee. At least that's how we pronounce it in India.
