Chris Pratt is such a success story. Going from living in a van, to someone on Parks and Rec who wasn't meant to be a permanent character to a huge movie star. Good for him

Originally Parks and Rec was meant to be a spin off of the office, with an old printer from Dundler Mifflen being sent to Pawnee Parks & Recreation department. I think they changed it because they wanted it to be a separate thing and the whole Rashida Jones thing.

When Leslie stopped being quite such an airhead, it all improved and started becoming more well rounded, and then it just became amazing once Adam Scott and Rob Lowe arrived.

Just watch the bloopers and behind the scenes, Chris IS Andy and April is Aubrey. Even in the bloopers she calls him Andy all the time when he's just making everyone laugh. I was, and remain, a HUGE lover of the Jean-Ralphio's character! He didn't even have to SAY anything! I would crack up the moment I saw him because I knew whatever he was going to do and say would be crazy. The best thing in the world for me is that I never watched Parks & Rec while it was on air (scheduling; I was working). A few weeks into the coronavirus pandemic, I started watching it on Netflix. Three weeks later, I'd gone through all 7 seasons, then the next day got to see the special episode and now this interview. P&R is truly one of THE best shows ever.

This is one of my favorite shows just because they’re all just playing versions of themselves and they’re all just having a ton of fun doing it so the show is so genuine
