Parkour For Beginners • How To Start Learning Parkour
Here is a detailed Hindi video on parkour for beginners.
We have many questions about parkour, but... the most frequent one is no doubt - how to begin this journey or... how to start learning parkour.
This is the first video on this channel that covers - the following questions or queries:

Parkour is often seen as a FLIPS-ONLY sport. That's not the case. It's bigger than that.
Parkour has many movements, which we as beginners can quickly start from day one.
Skills that fall under the parkour domain are:
• Running
• Jumping
• Climbing
• Vaulting
• Rolling
• Balancing
• Flipping
See, these are not so-complicated moves (except, flipping, of course).
But, if you are not confident whether you are up for this, don't worry.
There are some pre-requisite exercises or physical conditioning exercises that you can do before you start your parkour journey.
These exercises are:
1. Push Ups
2. Pull Ups
3. Deep Squats
4. Knee-to-chest burpees
5. Plank Hold
The qualifying reps are mentioned in the video along with the visual presentation of the move.

Hi, haha... this is strange!!! Thanks for watching the video. There are some pre-requisite exercises or physical conditioning exercises that you can do before starting your parkour journey. These exercises are: 1. Push Ups (10 reps) 2. Pull Ups (5-8 reps) 3. Deep Squats (15-20) 4. Knee-to-chest burpees (5 reps) 5. Plank Hold (45 sec. to 1 min ) Once you pass this physical test, start learning parkour. • Running • Jumping • Climbing • Vaulting • Rolling • Balancing • Flipping Start from precision jump - landing and jumping with efficiency. Video request :- Bhai ek video bnao ki how can we combine calisthenics and weight exercises perfectly becoz people like me want the benefits of calisthenics ( agility and all , Parkour also ) and some benefits of weight exercises ( can't describe but I believe that you already know more than me ) . KZread vagarah pe research karne ki koshish ki but kuchh khaas samajh ni aaya or aapke samjhane ka tareeka mujhe bhot pasand h or aapke upar vishwas bhi h ki sirf views ke liye aise hi kuchh bhi galat information nhi doge . And also I am a big fan of yours and can't describe in words ki motivate Kiya h aapne mujhe life better karne ke liye .

im 14yr old boy and though being underweighted, I can do all the exercises you told me SO EASILY and can do even more that that. But problem arises with my flexibility, safty roll, precession jumps and flips otherwise everything is okey. Also my question is that, can you earn money from parkour? (just outa curiousity).
