I started doing parkour about two months ago, and I think I am getting pretty good at it. My older brother saw what I was doing and began to try doing it also. My brother always said it was hard and asked me to teach him some of the vaults i know. So i began to try teaching him, but i didnt know which vaults to teach him. So this vid really helped me out :D

Man, I can't believe I've been watching you for 4 years. I remember watching your assassin creed style videos. And I specifically remember watching ice parkour fails. I remember watching that and it being really snowy and being stuck inside and that's when I first really started doing parkour in my basement with these big blue Mats i use to have. Man crazy to think you're one of the first people I started watching like when you posted I was there waiting wanting to know more about parkour.

You've helped me improve my vaults, so I thank you for that. Before I seen this video I didn't know how to vault, I'd do a really bad safety vault, like I'd plant my foot on whatever I was vaulting over, I'd go over the object and clip my hip, got injured a couple of times doing that but I was fine after. When I found this video, it was like the holy grail to me, my favorite vault to do is the speed vault, it's just fun and it looks cool in my opinion. I watched this video like two months ago, and I've been training myself to get used to the speed vault. Once I fully have the speed vault down, I'm going to try some of the other ones. Like I might try to learn the 360 vault or the kong vault since those are cool to me. I still need to learn how to plant my feet once I land, because sometimes it hurts when my feet hit the ground. I'm either having my feet hit the ground too hard, or my feet are landing at weird angles. Ok I've written too much I think, thank you for making this video. Very helpful.

Kong vault is the most scary vault to do. I'm still a beginner, managed to do it though, but I'm always feared that my feet would caught on the obstacle. By the look of it, if you fail it can be quite painful.

So apparently I have been doing the under vault all my life because there was a park I was going when I was young and we used to play like hunting and so there was a bar and I did the under vault every single time. So now I understood the thing that you have said to another video of yours about how to start parkour that you said you have to remember when you stopped doing parkour because parkour is the physical way of overcoming an obstacle. Thank you for teaching us such great things 🙏🏻💜

I have this problem with keeping my Foot on the wall, it always slips. Is there a certain Technique to keep your foot planted on the wall properly??

Baveshen Pillay do you have a specific foot you use?

  • @lethalassassin1754

Baveshen Pillay Play with it. You want to hit the wall at an angle that allows you not to slip and push up not straight out. So don't hit and push down with your foot be more angled with your whole body not just your leg. Make sure your shoes have good grip otherwise it'll be almost impossible.
