    If you wanna do parkour u can’t complain about how people sees you, if u do that u will achieve nothing. Sometimes you need to be specific on techniques if you want to improve on any art, even if that means to look ridiculous

    @@vanavana4487 Strangely it is easier for me to do Pop-up Kongs with both feet instead of one, but it's a matter of practice and it's very easy to learn since only thing we need is the ground and some ledge kerb XD...

    Taking a parkour class. This was one of the first moves they taught us. I couldnt get my legs between my arms id always go to one side xS so ima practice this way thanks :)

    There are parkour classes now? Back in 2007 when we were getting into parkour, we just had to learn from grainy 480p KZread video, and lots of eating dirt/concrete 😂

    Before this tutorial, I couldn't see at all the timing of the hands coming up before the feet come through. Performed cleanly, it gives that illusion.

    i played a game called vector once and I did a trick called the 'double kong' and after I did it I was so amazed on how smooth and cool it looked and that where I got my love for kong vaults my favorite. also great tutorial helped me not mess up on taller objects by doing the quadrupedal movements.👍

    Urb Glad to see I wasn’t the only one to play Vector! 🤣 I was about 11 when I found out about the game and I got addicted to it and started doing parkour with stuff around my house, I’m 16 now and I want to start parkour again!

    Thanks for this. I’ve had two hip surgeries and going into flexion that’s necessary for kong is still scary but when I see you do it it seems like you get enough height so you don’t have to crunch so much. Wish me luck

    One year ago I saw a video on how to learn "Kong vault", I tried it and after practicing for a while, I fall and hit my leg and arms pretty bad.. (I still have a scar in my leg) Sense that day I've given up, until I saw this video right now.. This video inspired me to go outside one of these days and try to learn how to Kong vault again, wish me good luck and I hope I can succeed.......

    hey this was a great video its just that I have a question. SO when I do my kong and I jump at the object my legs are not aligned so one leg is up and the other is half way down and it looks sloppy. but when I do a kong and jump and then go it stays in place but It doesn't go as far can you help?

    Everything was going great and videos helped. However leg muscles around my shin bone started hurting. And it just did not ease despite testing, ice and strength exercises. So I had to give it up. Well atleast for few weeks. It was going so well 😢

    What mechanism makes your hands "hop" at the end? For example even on the initial progression my hands stay on the ground making it more difficult to bring my feet through and further. Any advice?

    Well imagine that your pushing off the ground with your hands at the same time as you drive your knees forward to plant your feet. That way your head moves back as your hips move forward
