If you wanna do parkour u can’t complain about how people sees you, if u do that u will achieve nothing. Sometimes you need to be specific on techniques if you want to improve on any art, even if that means to look ridiculous
Yesterday I was just struggling on doing Kong vaults and now Ronnie has uploaded the video I just needed. Thanks Ronnie! Love you mate! 👍...

There are parkour classes now? Back in 2007 when we were getting into parkour, we just had to learn from grainy 480p KZread video, and lots of eating dirt/concrete 😂
Before this tutorial, I couldn't see at all the timing of the hands coming up before the feet come through. Performed cleanly, it gives that illusion.
This video was very helpful parkour is a passion of mine

Thx so much my dude, I was so scared of even attempting the Kong Vault even with the worlds supply of crash mats after it. This video actually shows how to progress too the real thing. Again, thank you.
i played a game called vector once and I did a trick called the 'double kong' and after I did it I was so amazed on how smooth and cool it looked and that where I got my love for kong vaults my favorite. also great tutorial helped me not mess up on taller objects by doing the quadrupedal movements.👍

Thanks for this. I’ve had two hip surgeries and going into flexion that’s necessary for kong is still scary but when I see you do it it seems like you get enough height so you don’t have to crunch so much. Wish me luck
Just did parkour for the first time this morning after I woke up and had coffee. I think I have a new hobby. It is so relaxing and satisfying

(I still have a scar in my leg) Sense that day I've given up, until I saw this video right now.. hey this was a great video its just that I have a question. SO when I do my kong and I jump at the object my legs are not aligned so one leg is up and the other is half way down and it looks sloppy. but when I do a kong and jump and then go it stays in place but It doesn't go as far can you help?
Looooovvvvv3eeeeee the vid
Everything was going great and videos helped. However leg muscles around my shin bone started hurting. And it just did not ease despite testing, ice and strength exercises. So I had to give it up. Well atleast for few weeks. It was going so well 😢
Please make flip progression!😀
Could we use this for speed vault aswell?
Seriously your background it's fuckin beautiful dude
What mechanism makes your hands "hop" at the end? For example even on the initial progression my hands stay on the ground making it more difficult to bring my feet through and further. Any advice?

Well imagine that your pushing off the ground with your hands at the same time as you drive your knees forward to plant your feet. That way your head moves back as your hips move forward
those mountains in the back
Can you make a new Kong pre tutorial with exersizes for improve our Kong vault
