    @@bradleycallison I smoke marijuana everyday and I can attest that it is in fact possible to get addicted to marijuana and have seizures from withdrawal after years of heavy daily use your body doesn’t know how to regulate the endocannbinoid system itself if it gets used to consuming a couple grams of thc a day. However it’s not a problem if you keep smokin 👍

    AgentPothead my father has it. I would like to know exactly what cannabis he ingested (was it just the plant?). There are so many strains as well. I wish there were more specifics. I actually just bought some Rick Simpson oil for my dad. Five caps. It's a CBD formula. Is this from the general class of quality plant we all know and love on its own? Because he's tried that and didn't experience this. This is unreal. I hope the CBD capsules work.

    Told my doctor yesterday I smoke cannabis to help with symptoms I have (luckily for me nothing as serious as you, yet still debilitating..) All she had to say was it would probably make my symptoms worse and could cause permanent psychosis... so disappointed my GP is peddling the old "reefer madness" BS... really wanted a doctor to take me, my medicine and my issue seriously... here is hoping someone, somewhere soon has the balls to step up and realise this needs to be decriminalized - I am sick to death of feeling like a criminal for attempting to live a normal life... sorry for the rant, all the best bud.

    Bomburino Kripperino I appreciate your concern, however I feel I know what works and what doesn't - until the age of 22 I avoided smoking cannabis after being explicitly told at school what harmful effects it would have on me. Anyway one night when I was 22, after weeks of being housebound from anxiety and pain I tried some cannabis, now at the age of 27 I'm in far less pain/anxiety, although it still is a problem. Last year I "quit" smoking cannabis for about 6 months (Feb - early July) as I worried I might be 'addicted' to it, however stopping wasn't very difficult, or beneficial. Maybe it is all a placebo effect, maybe not - regardless I've found it hundreds of times more helpful to me than any anti-depressant, anti-spasmodic SSRI or opiate and while many others have used alcohol or tobacco to alleviate pain / for recreation (both of which have countless studies and proofs showing how harmful the both are) than I think I should be allowed to use cannabis - remember that until I was 22 I avidly avoided it thinking "only idiots smoke weed" - how sadly ironic..! Thank-you for messaging me out of concern, it's very kind of you - I wish you the best and hopefully you'll wish me the same :)

    Don't feel like you're doing something wrong. You do what you have to do to take care of you Your doctor doesn't give a shit about you, you're just a cash cow. As long as you stay sick, she get money coming in. Also by law your doctor has to say all that bullshit to protect her license. Years ago I wish I had the guts to do what you did. I was on medication for depression and anxiety and almost died, spent 14 days in the hospital. The medication the doctor prescribed was to strong. I DO NOT TRUST DOCTORS. Doctors are people just like you and me. For all I know, they could have been partying all through med school and barely pass. I took control, did my own research, studied the brain, found a study done on vitamins and the brain that was done 30 years ago - and that's what I do. Since then - not even a hit of depression or anxiety, I play tennis, I work, I HAVE a great life! I've also tried cannabis, which works great for anxiety because it protects the synapsis in the brain. I discovered a tree, that produces a nut that has the same effect as cannabis, that's not on the FDA radar - :-D

    Thank you good sir, for breaking the law when refusing to obey is necessary to promote the right and the true. My mother has been utilizing the weeds as medicine for decades now, and we are lucky enough to live in the colonies (Canada), where our amazingly enlightened Supreme Court has long forced our government to back down from persecuting people for medicinal herbs. But it took many of us flatly refusing to obey insane laws to force the situation. You send a tear jerking powerful message here, thank you, it needs to be heard loud and clear, and you have shouted louder and more clearly than most people could hope to, I am sure that few people can fail to hear your message.

    I was a caregiver for over a year & I helped a man who was paralyzed from the neck down. (c-4 quad). He had to have stretches done every day to help him stay up in his chair and give him the strength to adjust himself. If he didn't do this, it'd cause many problems and possible give him a bedsore. On the day he didn't use any marijuana, he'd be so hard to stretch and it was a battle just to give his legs a good workout. When he'd smoke I was able to give him a much better workout with little to no effort other than just going through the motions. So him smoking a little bit of pot helped me keep him in shape & also cut down on the daily pain he had to deal with while sitting in his wheelchair all day. Also this video hit me pretty hard because I was also a caregiver for a man with Parkinson too. Glad to see that something is helping him!

I was diagnosed with MS 10 years ago, still stage 1 relapsing remitting, but I hear that marijuana tablets or oils can be if great benefit to those who suffer from MS symptoms too, even slowing down the progression of the disease. Although I am stage 1 still, I have many horrible symptoms especially full body stiffness and pain. My memory is getting worse etc. I'm hoping the clinic that do prescribe medical marijuana down the road not far from me will be able to help. I heard you say your foot curls over, probably very stiff and would be very painful. I have seen this in Parkinson disease sufferers, and if it helps you with that awful symptom, it may help the full body stiffness I get. Thankyou for sharing your post. I think he is saying like alcohol, just outright legal. None of the medical marijuana bulls**t just legalize it... the ban started for reasons completely unrelated to any supposed negative health impacts (and to some degree some rather racist reasons to,) all the propaganda about harm it can do is all based on very questionable information (considering 99% of the harm that comes from it is because it is illegal so people can get arrested, can lose their jobs or fail to get a job, etc...) so all this hesitant uh maybe we should legalize it for medicine is ridiculous. There is literally no reason whatsoever that things like alcohol and tobacco can be legal for recreational use and marijuana is still illegal... or at least no legitimate reason.

    We need legalization globally, especially for medicinal use. It truly is the evil of our governments that prevents such from happening. Never feel bad for what you have to use to treat your condition man, God bless.

    All we gotta do is make sure all the pensioners are properly informed about this and the effect cannabis has on other serious medical conditions. They have a lot of power and can get things moving fast. This violation of our human rights has to stop, we all know Cannabis being illegal has nothing to do with anything but cold hard cash.

    I have epilepsy, fibromyalgia, daily migraines... And the list goes on and on. Just as you said, the many prescribed medications I am on cause more problems than they help, often requiring even more medications to counteract the ones giving me troubles. Back in 2011, my neurologist recommended I try medical marijuana. Having told my children all their life not to do drugs, I was hesitant. In desperation, I finally decided to try it. What a difference! I mainly use the CBD oil for the seizures, but it is very expensive. I also use the Indica strain to help with my appetite and pain. However, the sativa makes my mind race, and I'm agitated whenever I try to use it. Keep posting videos so those people who deny its benefits can actually see the proof of how well it works.

    It's fantastic. We as a civilization are being denied something that has so many benefits because of greed and power by a relatively small number of people, government, and corporations. Marijuana needs to be legalized for adults everywhere now. We'll look back on this time in 50 years with more disdain than towards prohibition of alcohol in the 1920s.

  • @cwdoby

    @cwdoby

    +Mark McElroy no, it's definitely because of greed. it's the same as alcohol used to be, and how prostitution is. if they can't regulate it 100% then they won't make it legal. they want to control the flow of money.

  • @luv2ride564

    We are being denied because of the pharmaceutical companies not having a way to control it. If it is legalized, many people will responsibly self medicate instead of having to use expensive pharmaceuticals. We would be free to use it for our health, big pharma will lose money. You could probably also throw the prison system in as a reason to not legalize too, how could they keep those private and very expensive prisons operating at full capacity if marijuana was legal?

    This man, as well as countless others is living proof of why all 50 states need not only medical but recreational Marijuana. I've viewed many videos on how it helps with the tremors of parkinson's...I've seen it help people with anxiety first-hand. I've personally experienced how it brings me back down to earth after a stressful day at work.. Everyone should have access to it for whatever reason. It's not just about getting stoned and flying high, (ok, sometimes it is and that's fine too) it's about relieving people from ailments without synthetic drugs..it's about a REAL solution without hammering people with medical bills they can't afford for the rest of their lives. Your grandmother can put-off or even perhaps prevent alzheimers by using it, your dad's blood pressure can go down without having to pop a pill the rest of his life by using it, your mother going through menopause can be relieved by cannabis..the solution to a LOT of our problems is right in front of us...

    texas isn't known for empathising with those who use cannabis medically. I would move to a city where my husband would be able to medicate safely so your husband can have quality of life. You can visit the UKCSC.CO.UK a UK based society for info on cannabis policy reform. Here in the UK it is an uphill struggle, but hopefully our network can inspire you to help your husband medicate in the way that will help him the most. The best of luck to you and we are here to hear you out x
