Parker Stinson - 1k/5k/1k/5k/1k Training Session

We joined Parker Stinson for a "big boy" Half Marathon specific workout at his training base in Boulder, Colorado on May 9th 2021.
The session: 1km hard, 5km tempo, 1km hard, 5km tempo, 1km hard with 3min recovery between all.
Boulder sits at an elevation of around 1600m (5300ft) which for an athlete completely acclimatised to the altitude, will convert to around 3-4sec per kilometre (or 5-6sec per mile) slower than training at sea level.

I've been a fan and have watched various videos including a series shot during his Hudson days. In fact, in there was a similar workout (1k + 3k repeats I think) that looks like it may have been in this same area. I know after that were some with Ritz coaching. I'm wondering if any of you know what his coaching setup is now. This sort of suggests there's not a coach, but he sends Ritz a message even before the cool-down, right? And it seems like he trains with the On crowd, although Morgan isn't part of that group. Is Ritz coaching him still? Maybe On allows that. But there is the cyclist who is obviously not the one with the camera. So, there's someone besides him and the reporter there.
