Big ups to his guide as well. That takes a unique individual to be able to coordinate with someone who cannot see while being the main catalyst to his safety while running that fast etc.

This man is called something more than an inspiration. He is a legend for actually having the courage to still race and still fight like what a hero
3:24 that moment where his guide is encouraging the fans to cheer louder was so beautiful to me.
Respect to his guide notice at the end how he tells the crowd to cheer loud
Congrats to all for overcoming but... those guides are so special they are human shadows

I know his right eye is a symbol of his pain in a sense, but I think it’s also very beautiful an eye. Pain breeds beauty.
What a perfect person. That’s the courage and ferocity I want to live by.
These were the tears I needed to cry.
I literally couldn’t imagine having to lose vision at such a young age. This guy is admirable for doing so much at such a disadvantage.
What breaks my heart is he can never see a painting I'll do. But it should inspire him I'll always see him as one of America's greatest athletes. Rock on Man 🤘

David is so inspiring. He was given a bad hand of cards early on and has managed to be able to turn it into something so spectacular. His attitude towards life is positive. I love the energy he gives of.
