in the 4x100m each person only runs 100m. A 400m is when one person runs from start to finish

there is minimum impairment criteria. all athletes are assessed by doctors before registration, then undergo classification before competing internationally.

During the transition from runner 2 to runner 3, runner 2 took several steps on the line. I dont know the exact criteria for disqualification at this level but in high school you are disqualified after 3 steps on/outside the lane line. You can see it pretty clearly at 9:15 that he took at least 3 maybe even 4 steps on the line.

I'm confused. The Team USA men's 4x100 team DID get DQ'd at the 2016 OLYMPICS b/c of a bad hand-off, not the 2016 Paralympics after. Why did they get DQ'd here, Team USA?

If competing in the Olympics it’s usually held in the left hand In the Paralympics ( I assume ) a hand changeover is the rule ( meaning they slap the hand of the next guy )

You can see it very good at 9:14, the white us runner steps onto the white line. That isn't allowed.
