I needed this. I have panic attacks. Sometimes my mild anxiety saved me, but I've been panicking, worrying about what the world has become. Usually I bottle up my panic and terror, showing nothing. Thank you

Just try to make the symptoms severe in your mind ..they will slow down naturally. Don't try to suppress it just try to encourage it. It had helped me many times. Ask it " heart, please heat faster , more shortness of breath " it will naturally move your attention and would help u to calm down.

Michael! I've only had time to watch "The White Bear" episode, but already I can see how beneficial your videos are and will be for me. I've battled Panic Anxiety along with Chronic Depression since my teens..... back when no one had really heard of nor gave credence to such diseases. I believe "crazy" was the medical term attributed to me by my family! Your presentation is clear, uncluttered, and easy to take in. As an American, I must share with you our little secret. We listen much more closely to anyone with a desirable accent, so I thank you for just one more reason to subscribe! ;)

I thought I was having a heart attack or something, I've suffered with anxiety and attacks ever since. I'm not sure if I have post traumatic stress, my fight ot flight just happens now. No more care freeness for me, good to know people understand and there's a way to stop the attacks for good. one night my heart was going so much my partner could hear it! look forward to watching more :)

My last panic attack which I've been getting for a few years now was triggered from the stranger things theme song. Watched another Ep the next day and it happened again. It's a dark song but I've always liked the darker side of music/movies so why now? Thanks so much for all your hard work and effort by the way, it means the world to all of us!

I went through almost a year of bad sleeps though it wasn't like normal. I got so stressed and I couldn't just lie there until I slept it took me about a 7 months just to be able to lie there and then I eventually after a year managed to get peaceful sleep. Though the thing is after about 6th months of brilliant sleep I am so worried about getting it again that I'm starting to get it back and I am so worried

It can be so hard for others to appreciate what a panic attack is really like if they haven't personally experienced one themselves. I do have a suggestion though. I give away a series of Fact Sheets with my free "Panic Free TV" Foundation Series. While my Foundation Series is focused on helping you become panic-free... these Fact Sheets will give anyone who reads them greater insight into what you've been going through. You're welcome to share them with your friends and family. You can get immediate access by clicking on the link in the description above (and again, it's all free). Thanks for your question!
