INGREDIENTS
½ kg plaice fillets
½ cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Rapeseed oil and butter for frying
Rinse the fillets and pat them dry in some paper.
Mix wheat flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and turn the fish fillets in it.
Add a good amount of fat to a hot pan and fry the fish fillets for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Turn them carefully so they don't break.
When they are turned, you should probably put a little extra fat on the pan. They absorb well when they are rolled in wheat flour.
