I finally recieved my Dagger Micro a couple of weeks back. I was VERY anxious about it seeing some videos claiming issues. I took mine to the range and fired 200 rounds through it using the one magazine it came with plus one more that I ordered. One is slick stainless and the other is matt black. Both magazines loaded to FULL capacity with NO issues. I fired the 200 rounds without one single malfunction of any kind. No issues with either magazine. The gun hit dead center at 20 yards. I took the gun home, cleaned and inspected it. So far, absolutely no issues or worries.

That desert slide and black frame does something. Definitely a beautiful pistol.

The mag is the most interesting part. Shield mags are not the most reliable so it will be interesting to see how the PSA mag performs, especially with the poly front that eliminates the mag catch / release wear associated with Shield. mags

I'm convinced these "drops" don't exist.🤷‍♂️

@overlandedc it's most likely some folks got contacts at PSA. Not to mention their "notify when in stock" function for this specific item. Sends notifications for everything except the Micros. Not hating on PSA, I actually like their products, but their area 51 approach to marketing the Mircro is getting old.

Agreed. This is a paper launch with only media reviews. Would love for them to prove me wrong but highly doubt these will be widely available

Honestly just love the 15 round with mag extensions. 🤫 but honestly the frame is so nice. Think imma get a 43 slide so it fits more compact.

Keep looking. They sent an email advertising the micro a few days ago - sold out instantly. I happened to check online again yesterday and found a c-1 in stock. Hoping it ships quickly.

I agree. They'll tell ppl about it advertise it. Yet, you can't get one. I already got 2 dagger compacts. Glad I got em when I did, cause they upped the price on em.

@@shelomonscales7273no they didn’t, I can get a decked out dagger compact on their sight for 250-320 all the time. They almost always have couple on sale. Most are about 300-350 new. Like always

pretty crappy you only get one mag, doesn't make it that much better when you can't get extra mags and spend about $ 45 a piece or more after tax and shipping

I have extra mags coming, they are $32 which is comparable to oem Glock and cheaper than Sheild Arms mags

With the standard slide, it's about the same size as a Glock 43X. In this trim, with the C-1 comp slide, it's about the same size as a Glock 48 and as you can see, only lightly longer than the Sig X-Macro. As a side benefit, is that PSA has a 15-round, non-extended magazine for it.

@@jaydee5156 That doesn't really tell me anything. I don't know anything about the Glock models. The only ones I've really heard about or have any knowledge is the G17/19. Again, that does NOT look like a "micro" size to me.

@@jaydee5156 No, I'm not "new". I just haven't cared about Glocks. I've never owed one and in fact I've avoided buying a Glock on purpose. I'm mostly interested in the Dagger because of the price point and the praise it gets. I've already purchased the frame and slide assembly for the full size model. Oh and I served in the US ARMY, trained on the M-16 A2 and purchased my first handgun in 2013. Now, I will say that most of what I have learned has been in the last year because Oregon tried to get Measure 114 enacted through the ballot, which is when I started paying more attention to things related to our 2A rights which includes learning a lot about guns in general. I've owned 3 different S&W pistols ; M&P 9 1.0, Shield 9mm 1.0 (both of which I've since sold) and I now own the Equalizer. I also owned a Springfield XDs Mod 2 in. 40 S&W....... I could go on but I won't. Am I new? No I'm not. Can I/will I learn more? Absolutely I will. But you should assume someone is new simply because they don't have a lot of knowledge about one particular brand of firearm.

@@ecobasetech4558 Thank you for your service, but as contradictory as it sounds, military experience doesn't necessarily equate to firearm experience. At least we have something to work with now. Your S&W Equalizer is classed as a "Micro 9" and is very close in size to the standard Dagger Micro, except that your standard magazine has a 10 round capacity, while the Micro has a 15 round standard magazine. The model shown in this video is equipped with the longer C-1 slide. The Equalizer is also considerably heavier than the Micro, if that matters for carry. Icing on the cake for the Dagger Micro is that since it is based on the Glock design, customization options are virtually endless.
