I loved to watch Arms Family Homestead and Do Your Best for literally years until they expressed their views on the lgbtq. If they hadn’t done that I would have still followed them not knowing and I’m not sure if that is better to follow not knowing or following knowing it goes against every fiber of my being. So I chose to unfollow. And I have never really gotten over that. I am an Autistic Female (born female) and I am a lesbian. It hurt to not follow them. I don’t know what your beliefs are knowing that they are your family to Arms family homestead and do your best and frankly I don’t wanna know bc I love your channel. Well I watched Do your Best since it came out and this past summer unsubscribed. I hated doing that but some times it’s best to just keep your political stance to yourself. How ever in saying that if you don’t like my comment you can erase it bc you don’t have to listen to mine.

I think that's the first time Big Joe and Elinore looked thin. The heat and flies in the breeding season have really be rough on them.

I think the gun company should sponsor you guys for using their equipment and get Marissa to test it and give them a review. I hate equipment that jambs up and I don’t care who’s using it, it shouldn’t malfunction. Good job Marissa, you didn’t get discouraged and you gave it another try! Love your videos!❤❤

Marissa did pretty good for a newbie. I would have missed every time lol.

I felt your anxiety with her jamming the gun or missing and at first I was like take the gun and just do it! But then what would she learn and enjoy. Clearly she enjoys spending time and helping you. Once you show her the sites and how to line them up she didn't have a problem. That's one experience she'll never forget.

I honesty had a dream about this where you rounded them all up and put them through a chute where the last section had a weight plate for them to step on that activated a shower of pesticide that they'd run through. Like a bison car wash. Seriously, it was one of the weirder dreams I've ever had.

Cow/sheep dip baths(where they literally swim through a treatment have been used for quite some time. It's less stressful on the animal, and cows and bison can swim just fine

Check out Doss Farms. He uses a spray on his cattle. Might work on the Bison to get rid of those Flys. Love your channel and those Bison God Bless all of you

Over a decade ago i was a 4-H shooting sports instructor and the girls usually shot better scores than the boys. As the old fellow told the athletes, the girls listen better to instruction.

I am glad you have someone with you when you do herd checks. sometimes things just happen and it is nice to have backup.

Those Gangster Chickens are gonna wreak havoc on that freshly laid seed.

It's been a while since we got to hear what you used as an intro tune on your videos and similarly for your end credits, so it was pleasant to hear some once more. It's your theme tune and it makes such a difference to your videos by creating that familiar atmosphere that this music brings. It's kind of uplifting having seen you guys go through some tough experiences this calfing season. I bet it probably also makes a difference to your viewing figures too. Either way, it's great to see things settling back down a little after the high stress times you've gone through of late. For me, there's something to be said for a bit of Bison therapy in a place where there is none. Thank you guys.

I went back to the beginning and watched all your videos again. What an amazing journey your family is on. I pray God continues to bless your family with health, happiness and prosperity.

Not weird at all because I find them so watchable..they are truly majestic animals and when they run..wow its just amazing..Did you see when Dusty went to South Dakota and watched them run in 1300 Bison from the Custer National Park? They rounded them up with horses too..the old fashioned way and the public showed up in their hundreds just to watch..it was wonderful to see so many bison running like the wind..and the noise from their hooves..a sight to see for sure..

I’ve seen different Ecoflow products on the various YT channels that I follow, and all the users say the same thing that you do, it’s a great product and a real life-saver in many ways. And, BTW, good going on the herd work.

My hubby and I worked together for 33 yrs before we retired. He was a hard worker. He always said the same for me when asked about it. Same work ethics,integrity, and could coordinate well. Last 10 of those yrs., I was his team lead, but I worked alongside the whole crew. 👍

Marisa, going into the barn where equipment is stored, you need to have a plaque made which reads: The difference between the men and the boys is the price of their toys. My mom got a small plaque of that and put it on their small cruiser boat. Dad got a kick out of it

Good luck with the rain. You need to help Daniel install working area and grazing pastures for the herd you can feed and also help recover his pastures. Perhaps train andchire Weston to weld fence. Let him recycle the fence line trees into firewood to sell at the merch warehouse. Weston could work busy hot days in ac and make firewood when weather permits.

The chickens love you for getting lunch and dinner delivered right to their yard! What a great guy to do that for them. Considering the dry and heat this summer your bulls look pretty good. Once it cools a little you will feed the herds to fatten them right up for winter. Makes me understand why so few Native Americans stayed in the southern plains in the summers. The bison herds would have gone as far north as necessary to find food and stay as far north as food stayed available. Hopefully your well situation will get fixed up without too much more trouble and the drought will end. Sure hope the seeding works well. Slick setup to work with.

Ivermactin is good stuff! I've used it to good effect with my critters over the years. BTW: Walking in front of a gun is a *humongous* no-no! One of the 1st things I learned in riflery class.

I like when you have your sidekick Marissa out there with you .. safer also ! it’s nice to see her jump in and take the shots at the Bison also !! You go girl ! Still laughing at her and Cole inside the little fenced in area .. not such a good idea with Big Joes head inside it also !! A little to close for comfort!
