Paint a room in 12 minutes

How to prep and spray a room fast. Second coat is done with sprayer. It's a much better finish than any roller can deliver. #Facts. Baseboards and doors are painted after, always !!

Almost as if they did it..screwed up because they had there rig turned full tilt and got kicked off the property..if the wall was originally painted correct ( back rolled) there should be no issues with touch up as long as you don't walk up and put thick square of paint in middle of wall that natural light reflects off of. If you have made no video of your skills then obviously your not good enough to knock someone else's

I painted a lot of housing commission and rental repaints and the only things I would spray were ceilings, cupboards and colonial doors if there were any. I would never spray walls, there's just too much to mask up. My son would cut in all walls after ceilings, doors, cupboards and trims were done and I would follow him around with an 18 inch lambswool roller. We would do 2 coats on all walls including garage in one day. They would come up better than the original painters left them. I wouldn't advise spraying walls.

I think if you had a pressure roller, you could really save time. A small sprayer is all you need. Very low pressure with the roller system. Graco has the classic pressure feed roller and the Jet roller, which you can use whatever brand cover you want.

Thank you guys. I'm currently considering the Graco 390. It's the smallest one they have, and I'll never be doing anything larger than pre-lived in apartments. The whole kit, though, once one gets everything from tips to masks to jetroller, etc. is $2k, which is why I'm thinking about it carefully. It'd take me about a month to get my ROI on it.

Thanks for the tutorial video. I’m a plasterer in England and have used spraying machines for plastering. I want to start spraying paint to save time on refurb jobs but have always just seen it as mist coating and wondered would this method be suitable when using two colours? ie... white ceiling and a grey wall as a the example. Taping up a ceiling edge?..nah..taping a wall edge? Nah. Wouldn’t work I’d be there all day. But watching you with those light weight aluminium screens gives me a chance. And if there is a mistake I’ll touch up no problem. I noticed the gun was the smaller which makes sense due to having more control... is that right.??

I like to have a guy spray and one or two people to backroll. Spray walls and backroll . Definitely backroll ceilings. I like to hit ceilings walls then trim. My buddy paints trim first and then trim. I think the more spay experience u get the more you choose it over cut and roll althoue I still cut and roll most of the time. Bought my first sprayer and I’m going to need blue tape and some shields 😀.

He put two shields together on top of the trim to gain more spraying freedom. Hes giving us game and all i see is unapprexiative little sensative ignorant bitch ass rookies. 411 tip and Superpaint ? How much water did you have to add per gallon to get it to flow just right ? I sprayed 16 doors yesterday with my 440i and 211 tip ! I had to add about 6 ounces of water per gallon to superpaint semigloss to flow just right ! I forgot my 313 that I normally use for doors ! They turned out nice ! I strained paint and 100 mesh gun filter . Most painters Use the 211 , 311, and 411 for doors and trim , and they leave out the fact that they are reducing the latex with water to get to spray just right ! I know because Im a Painting contractor of 20 plus years in Fla. ! I hate to have to add water to paint , but the smaller tips create way less overspray and a nicer finish !

Well there could be a number of things causing that..the original painters spray and back roll ( look for roller texture) some will spray small walls with no back roll so your automatic screwed... If you was trying to touch up EXPENSIVE eggshell instead of painted whole wall your screwed.. I spray only walls with inexpensive eggshell and blends perfectly..

kzread.info/dash/bejne/enZkqJWmk7bbZqQ.html maybe the home owner was laughing cause you was pretending to be an experience painter and obviously if you couldn't touch up your own work .well maybe plumbing is more your thing I did this apt complex the same way.. interior..AND exterior.. everything touched up fine if you stick to paint specks..even a back rolled wall won't touch up if you just paint a square in the middle of a window wall..roll the wall top to bottom.idk I did mine and still doing them today..

Which is more ridiculous: the lack of quality, or the jackass customers who force this kind of quality by their delusional budget. Unfortunately, these cheap customers will nearly always be the first to complain about anything they can think of : dust, ghosts, slight overspray, slight patching bleed. It is all about them cheating others, and calling it being a good business man.

Finally someone in the comments section "gets it". Customers drive the price down and expect a good job in return. Here in Dallas area some apartment complexes are paying 15 cents per square foot for two tone paint jobs like this. 600 sq ft apartment pays $90. At that price, you can't expect much.
