So all the things, pressure cooker, masala, ghee, chakla belan, medicine and achar goes in checking only? is there a restriction on bag size in flights in Sweden. what are the limits on medicine and masala, like can we bring 1 kg of masala(each), and 3 packs of 10 tablets of paracetamol and antibiotics? I see nobody mentions about the limit anywhere, and TSA trolley bags are required but which one's are preferred that you can include.

I was there ... There are hell lot of problems ... Sooner or later you will realize. 1. Identity crisis... As you will be always on disconnect with people from different culture. Even if find Indians or friends it is unsure whether they will move to different places and all and basically you have to start from zero. 2 . For first year snow will bring joy .. but you will then start realising the actual problem. 3. Slowly you will feel lonely and disconnected and fall into depression. 4. You think you will save and all.. sure you will do. Your salary will be almost same for 10 years no matter how many company you Change. But in India you can do better. 5. Health care is free ... But not good. There is a lack of doctors and nurses. Sometime when something serious happens and you would be asked to wait for 6 hours as doctor is unavailable.. you know how chained you will feel . 6. Forget about social life , festival . You will never feel the same 7. This is just starting .. Once you have a kid , family it will become more difficult. You will try to feed Indian culture to your child and yourself trt to infuse yourself with Swedish culture.. learning language and all... But in the end you will neither be Swedish nor Indian .. complete identity crisis. To conclude ... Go enjoy .. spend some time roam around , travel .. but in the end home is sweet home INDIA ...

In snow I don't think they will work..you can purchase shoes particularly for snow from here.. but decathlon shoe will work during inititial stage of winter and through out summer.

I think all daycares take children above 1 year and are flexible as per your working hours. You can apply for the one in your community and check with them.

Hi, no you will not require a prescription for these but pack them in your check in luggage and you can carry any amount you wish to. But just don’t carry in hand baggage. But if you can get a prescription, then it's well and good

You can buy everything in Sweden. My objective was if you come and then get a place to live and you don't want someone else's sheet. And sometimes you may feel it's bit expensive when you just arrive in Sweden

It's basically your identity in Sweden. Ye aap jab Sweden land karoge you should register your self in swedish population register in Skatteverket ,the swedish tax agency. It is used in everywhere. Like gym membership, bank account opening , house renting etc etc..

Doctors here will tell you what to do for medicines and all for your baby. But if you have specific medicines, then I would suggest you to bring when you come. Yes of course , weather is completely different than India. You need proper clothing which you can purchase here. It can go till -20 degree.
