It's hard to beleive Pac Man didn't become a 3D platforming staple like Mario, even for its time this game was absolute bonkers, the controls were great, the gameplay was fast, responsive and fun, the gameplay changed constantly keeping it fresh This was just incredible

From what I recall I believe Pac-Man World 3 killed those chances. Now I've only played 1 and 2 recently but they are still quite enjoyable.

He's the video game "Dad" character. Just an endearing middle-aged mascot character who never lost his positivity, but knows enough to help out the new kids on the block.

We need World 2 to be remade, and i think the possibility of that hinges on how well this game sells.... so everyone, please go out and buy World 1!

I’m glad that Bandai Namco is finally giving the Pac-Man World Series it’s time to finally shine!

"PAC IS BACK" really lived up its name. I think it's time for Namco to give _Pac-Man World Rally_ a sequel with new tracks and power ups.

I really want them to go the crossover route and make a full-on Namco World Rally. Have the same gameplay, but pull in a bunch of characters and stages from all their arcade games. First game already had Katamari and Dig Dug characters, and a couple others on the PSP port, so why not add even more in the sequel?

This game had a huge impact on my childhood! So excited to replay this!

Never have played the original Pac-Man World since I have a PS1. I remember that day my grandma use to give me this game called Pac-Man World 3. I play through Pac-Man World 2 & 3, and I so can’t wait to play the first one if I get a chance, because this is just gonna be my first time I play Pac-Man World 1 remastered on my switch. Gonna be doing full gameplay of these on stream.

growing up toc-man was the scariest cgi thing Ive ever seen and im glad they kept the creepy factor to him, still looks really menacing and scary!

Pac-Man World came out in 1999. 23 years later, this popular demand/Pac-Man lovers game is brought back (in a whole new refreshing way). But lets hope Pac-Man World 2 and 3 will get refresh like the first game.

Who's to say that Masahiro Sakurai helped to put "an end/a stop" to Pac-Man's redesign from Pac-Man Party and the Ghostly Adventures?! That if it weren't for Smash 4 and Ultimate, we may've never gotten Pac-Man's 3D Classic Design back in business... So thank Smash Bros for (most likely) reviving Pac-Man's only good design in 3D :)

I hope this remake has improved checkpoint placements, better hit detection, and an easier Anubis Rex boss battle.

It looks like they did a lot of re-working of Anubis Rex, Clown Racers, Chrome Keeper, and Toc-man.

The original was my childhood game (it was the only game we had for our PS, and we didn't have a memory card, so it was played quite a bit.) I never got past the first area since I was just a kid and it's really hard (and anubis rex was terrifying to young me) so for some reason I just assumed the game ended at the space levels. I'd never even known about King Galaxian, lol. I'm excited to play this once I can get my hands on it! :D
