Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil - For Cooking
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coconut Rice
