Dry Red Chilli - 3 No's
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Kuzhambu Thool - 2 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind - 1 Lemon Size
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil - For Cooking

Green Chilli - 2 to 3 No's
Dry Red Chilli - 6 to 8 No's

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Curry Leaves - As Required
