This was the song my dad had requested to be played at his funeral. He passed before my grandma (his momma) passed as she’s still living. But we played this song for him ❤️ sometimes it makes me cry and other times it makes me smile. My daddy was a huge ozzy fan

Fun fact- Lemmy of Motorhead wrote the lyrics of this song. He jokingly used to say he made more money from No More Tears album than his career with Motorhead

Out of my 3 kids my son is the only one who calls me Mama. He has been a fentanyl addict for the last years and he lives on the streets. My other kids and I always search for him. My heart is broken when we can’t find him and I pray he is okay. This song reminds me of him, and his “mama I’m coming home” breaks me to pieces. Wherever you are, I love you so much Scott and please come home.

There's only a few famous and well known people I truly like and respect, Ozzy is one of them, no matter what, he ALWAYS understands, appreciates and respects the fans. A lot of famous people, once they are famous they treat us regular people like nothing, they think we are just there to hold them up and polish their boots. But there are a handful of people who don't do that in my opinion, Ozzy, Mark Hamill, Johnny Depp, Marilyn Manson. Honestly he is so kind and so fucking wholesome when he performs, always makes me emotional, we are so lucky to have such a kind, talented and understand artist in our lives. Never seen him live and all throughout my 18 years of life he's been a big impact and has really helped to get me through the last few years with the pandemic, loosing family members, loosing hope. But here's to you good sir. Long live the Prince of Darkness. I hope everyone is okay, staying safe during these weird times. God bless and look after you all my dear brothers and sisters. All my love Trinity. xx

My daughter was younger & was in love with her bf but ended up stuck in a very abusive relationship with him for 10 years & could rarely make contact with me. WHEN SHE FINALLY ESCAPED, SHE CALLED ME TO COME GET HER OFF A CORNER near Atlanta. She was singing this song to me while waiting. When she got home with me at age 26 she said she played this Ozzy song obsessively for herself but it would piss off her bf. But she finally really got out! So, Ozzy ty for this song! It gave a very abused precious girl strength to come back home to her Mom! God bless Ozzy!

He gets to me in a way that's hard to articulate. That smile, those little stutter steps about the stage. You want to cheer him on and on,take care of him.Theres always been an earnest, genuine sweetness about this rocker.Im 64 and rediscovering him again.Ill be listening to him when they wheel me into the nursing home.

Times have changed and times are strange Here I come, but I ain't the same Mama, I'm coming home Times gone by seems to be You could have been a better friend to me Mama, I'm coming home You took me in and you drove me out Yeah, you had me hypnotized, yeah Lost and found and turned around By the fire in your eyes You made me cry, you told me lies But, I can't stand to say goodbye Mama, I'm coming home I could be right, I could be wrong It hurts so bad and it's been so long Mama, I'm coming home Selfish love, yeah, we're both alone The ride before the fall, yeah But I'm gonna take this heart of stone I just got to have it all I've seen your face a hundred times Everyday we've been apart I don't care about the sunshine, yeah 'Cause mama, mama, I'm coming home I'm coming home You took me in and you drove me out Yeah, you had me hypnotized, yeah Lost and found and turned around By the fire in your eyes I've seen your face a thousand times Every day we've been apart And I don't care about the sunshine, yeah 'Cause mama, mama, I'm coming home I'm coming home I'm coming home I'm coming home

His voice is iconic in the rock genre. I was a big fan since his days in Black Sabbath but the stuff he did with Randy will always be my favorite. The fact that he could sing even when he could not talk just tells you that he has been here for a reason and that reason is to entertain us and boy has he ever.

He was so fine when he was younger! He has the most genuine smile I think I have ever seen in a performer! I love when he gets so into the music that his body goes right along with it! One question, how is it that I can understand him in the music videos I have watched, but can't understand a word he says now?? 😃💋♥️
