I saw this show three months later in Michigan. It was my first concert ever, and it rocked just as hard as this, and believe it or not they sounded even better (esp Ozzy's voice) What a show; what a band. I remember it well, and fondly.

Paul Sheets Even though I wasn't conceived yet, I am still insanely jelious. Were they at the Silverdome or Cobo? I couldn't imagine a show like this crammed into the Filmore.

It was at The Castle in Charlevoix MI. 7-10k capacity with a medieval feel to the architecture. Perfect fit for Ozzy

@@paulsheets2616 wow...I had no idea they went that far north in Michigan! Do concerts ever come that far north still? I ask because every time I see big bands coming to Michigan it's always Detroit area.

I caught this tour when Ozzy and Anthrax stopped in Houston at the old Summit. I had seen Ozzy two tours before but at this point was into thrash big-time and hadn't heard NRFTW - we had seats in lower prom on Zakk's side of the stage and he was drunk as hell but just ripped. I was blown-away. Ozzy always put on the best shows, one of the best front-men of all-time.

Zakk and Geezer looked like they all had fun on this tour. As did Randy Castillo. This is arguably Ozzy's best line up. What's less arguable is that this band might be the band that had the most fun on a tour. All No Rest for the Wicked tour vids saw the band having fun and with a lot of energy.

ozzy4ever666 Best lineup? never, Rhoads ,Daisley,Kerslake or (ALdridge) or Lee ,Daisley, ALdrige.Castillo had the most annoying clunky sound ever .

+ozzy4ever666 I can see that, but then again there's few videos of the Blizzard and Diary Era. There's some crazy stories that had video cameras been more widespread those days, could have shown more of the Ozzy-Randy relationship. During the BATM, and Ultimate Sin Eras, it seems like Ozzy had more fun with his supporting acts (Motley Crue, Metallica) than his actual band. I could be wrong, but I haven't seen any videos of Ozzy running around with Jake. When Zakk joined the tour, it seemed like he had a drinking buddy who also happened to be his epic new guitarist to run around with and have fun with just like Randy. Add in Castillo, there's 2 younger people in the equation, and bringing in Geezer brought some familiarity from his Sabbath days, and you have one big happy rockin' family.

Disagree. While Rhoads was the best guitarist, I think 1986 Ultimate Sin tour had Ozzy's best band. Jake was amazing, like a full orchestra on guitar. Too bad bitch Sharon fired him for helping Ozzy write great songs.

I've never seen the ORIGINAL Blizzard lineup as in daisley kerslake rhoads perform live, but I've seen many incarnations of Ozzy's bands, and for my money, rhoads sarzo Aldridge was the best.

+Preston Andersen I think Ozzy does sound 'never trained as vocalist'. More like fun satanic characterized screaming pig. He has got high skilled guitarist from Randy to Jake E. Lee and Zakk. All his band members are very much trained session men, especially Diary of Madman and Bark at the Moon. He is totally lucky guy..

Don't be too hard on Zakk. The Moscow Music Peace Festival version for example is awesome. My favorite album is The Ultimate Sin. But No Rest For The Wicked and No More Tears were good back then and Zakk gave something to them. After that Ozzy became the clown of darkness. Way worse than firing Lee. Edit: and don't forget that Shot in the Dark is not written by Ozzy or by Jake. And: i guess that the greedy witch fired Lee.

Wylde must be the most overrated player Ozzy ever had. Listening to this and he's butchering lots of leads and even few songs. I'm not questioning his solo career or BLS, but in Ozzy he was always horrible to me. And people have the nerve to compare him with Jake E Lee or Randy Rhoads? They have lost their minds, or their ears, fooled by the "badass viking/biker" act.
