Own your mistakes | Cristel Carrisi | TEDxZagreb

It's abpout recognizing, understanding and owning your mistakes. She came from famous entertaining family and was raised olmost 'on stage'. After her music career she start designing swimwear. What happened after was a great school and life expirience.
Talijanska kantautorica imala je sjajne obiteljske korijene koji vode sve do legendarnog San Rema. No, pozornica nije njeno jedino prirodno okruženje, jer se jednako opušteno osjeća pred foto aparatom. Njen poduzetnički duh donosi joj izazov dizajna kupaćih kostima, a danas uspješno vlada svijetom mode kao televizijska voditeljica jedne od najpopularnijih modnih emisija na RAI 1. Uspjeh i pad joj nisu strani, a novi početak uvijek je samo novi izazov.

My husband and I have been married for over 10 years. We met when I was 18 and he was 21. We’ve been through a lot emotionally together. There were several HUGE fights and painful situations in our marriage, but we always seemed to come out stronger on the other side. Out of the blue my husband just sprung the divorce talk on me, I was totally depressed until I found Dr.Todd website online and I ordered for a Love spell. You won’t believe my husband called me at the exact time this spell caster finished his spell work in 48hrs. I was totally amazed! He is wonderful and his spells work so fast. It has happened to countless people, from countless walks of life in every era of human history. Those mistakes brought you unnecessary pain, yes, but now you know what you shouldn't be doing. You got a lesson out of it! You learned something! You can't hate yourself from comitting mistakes like that if it is in our nature as people. You can always realize that, although it was your fault for staying oblivious, you couldn't have avoided happening just like that, and that it was just a bump in the road. My parents did not like when I made mistakes. They made it there mission to point out my mistakes and things that I did wrong. I was always the child that needed to be on her Ps & Qs. So, I eventually found comfort in isolating myself. I did not like being around no one but my grandmother. She was the one who taught me that in order for you to grow you must make mistakes. She also taught me that mistakes does not equal failure. Giving up is when you failed.

Nobody talks how to go through failure or how to own your failure #1 be responsible : we always blame other for our mistake. we should not do this rather we have to take our responsibility. 2# focus on you : we should not focus on other. what other opinion about our life, we should not do this. we should focus in ourselves. 3# balance: it is important in our lives when we become failure. we have to understand failure is a part of our live. This is really informative video.

after viewing hundreds and hundreds of motivation and procrastination videos i finally came to the conclusion that if we don't point out, what is holding back and proactively take positive and specific action in small and consistent steps it is not going to help our positive motivation. it is essential we must know exactly what is our deficit and we must take bold and specific actions... finally what others think about is immaterial, if we hold strongly to truth and benefit of humanity..

You're a good person at heart, the wisdom of life and we all must follow our own Positive goals and never waste our potential son, others we must follow our hearts. That's the most important thing, and that's the true fact. Reality is, God has gave us so much to follow. It's to being ourselves and not to be somebody we're not. Yes, I agree with you. And I was told everything that comes from another individual's mouth is about them telling us who they are. It's not about us.

The biggest mistake that one can make is in giving up, we have to recognize our mistakes in order to be successful, do not care about the opinion of others about us, do not give them importance, because they only try to destroy our future, let's accept our failures, in case we are worthy of accepting them, we will give that despite the problems we have, we continue forward, in search of our purpose in life.

I know this intuitive reaction will definitely kill my ideals ,my identity ,but I just can't help it .when I got the same information from this talk, I feel nothing but a little bit relieved .I own up to the fact that I was affected but honestly not that intensively that I can get rid of it.sometimes nobody can help drag you from the dark spiral of life going wrong even if we are so bombarded by mass lessons and speeches. the only medicine for you getting over it is you yourself somehow realized it by the hit of sth at some point uncertainly in your life just like her accountant to her

Her presentation is more about failure than mistakes, failure is about not succeeding in something and it is sometimes because of a mistake, but the word mistakes is broader than that it is about making a wrong decision, sometimes you make a life changing decision and later realize it was a huge mistake, this is different from failure to do something.. A failure is like taking a path and not being able to reach the end of it, a mistake is like taking the wrong path independently of the results

In my country failing means YOU ARE DEAD. the BRUTA FIGURA(I think that is what she said) the losing face thing is really really a brutal reality in my country. Specially so if you succeed before and suddenly failed. It is seen upon you going astray and like you are nothing anymore. It is hard to move forward with such a mindset in my country.
