Things happened in life and over time I gained unhealthy weight (at the time of this video 255 lbs) and overall lost my stamina and endurance. On top of it getting older slowed down my metabolism and prior activities built plenty of wear and tear on my body causing chronic pain and aches. I am working on turning things around and improving my physical health and started with great program of my own design that I failed miserably in the first two weeks 😂 🤕😣
That was just too much and too soon for my body , so I figured I have to be patient and consistent , so I start with something simple 30 minutes of cardio every morning and I feel and do better after 3 weeks of sticking to it 🙌😃
