    I didn't expect such a solid review for CHORUS when asking for the track breakdown. Thought a 5 minute clip of you playing the keys were enough anyway lol. Many thanks Daniel.

    @@DJLA when i heard you play the cadence in the beginning i was sure this is the best sounding library to date. "Dominicus" is extremely good, but "Chorus" is just a bit above it

    Hey Daniel!! wondering if you had any recommendations for libraries more for musical theater? there's so much stuff tailored for 'epic' music out there, but id love to hear what's out there for softer stuff :)

    All the epic options usually have a ‘soft’ option: -Heavyocity’s and the like (while usually epic) have slow and steady-like NOVO and the like. FORZO and Symphonic Destruction can be surprisingly soft. -Spitfire audio libraries mostly (HZ Percussion, Intimate Strings, Albion Neo, Tundra, Solstice, etc.) -Cinematic Studio Strings/Brass -Audio Imperia’s Nucleus, Areia, and Talos. -Metropolis Ark 2, and 4, etc. There’s plenty of options. Take your pick.

    Which library do you like better, that of Native Instruments Choir Omni or that of Audio Imperia Chorus ?

    I’d really like to get an understanding of the chord sequences, incl. major/minor changes, that DJ explains around 20:50 - can anyone elaborate on that? It’s hard to see the keys in the kontakt player. I do get that the major 7th goes down a half step to become the 3rd in a following major chord (circle of 5th move), but that thing about major/minor changes I’d like to understand as well, thx!

    Was confusing, but think this may sum it up...Maj dom 7th down a semitone from Eb to D resolves to Bb major tonic (where D is the maj 3rd note). Maj dom 7th down a whole tone from Eb to Db resolves to the parrallel key of Bb Minor tonic (where Db is the minor 3rd note) Anyone care to confirm?

    Hey, guys! Could you suggest, what NI Kontakt libraries for epic drums & percussion does Daniel use? Because I can't "catch" them during Daniel's stream. I really want to find powerful epic drums, maybe, you use some kind of them. I will be grateful if you write me names of these libraries.

    He uses different kinds of drum librarys. Spitfire Hans Zimmer Percussion, Heaviocity Damage 1+2, Heaviocity Master Session Drums, Audio Imperia Cerberus, some 8dio Drums....

    Does anyone know how to add stuff like this to the side tab, always bugs me having to navigate through files

  • @coalescence3835

    @coalescence3835

    Well the only way to add it to the side tab is if you have a Kontakt Player library. Chorus is an example of that, so you should have a Native Access serial number somewhere, likely in the deliver emails. But if you don’t get one of those, the fastest way to access those libraries is by adding them to quick load in Kontakt, which is the little window that pops up when you right click

  • @-Meric-

    @@coalescence3835 ^^^ +1 To this. To be honest even with Kontakt Player libraries I prefer loading them up in Quickload anyway. The library tab can only show so many things at once (especially if you have an open library) so Quickload is a lot easier to navigate and it lets you maek your own folder structure. The only downside is that you won't get the pretty (or sometimes ugly) library cover art but cmon is that something you should really care about?

  • @DJLA

    As the other responses said, you can only add 'powered by Kontakt' libraries to the side bar. I actually use the quick load way more often though, because I can structure that however I want!
