Just a curious question what happens when in the building you own the apartment gets 30 yrs old & it’s time for demolishment … what compensation does the apartment owner gets

It’s difficult to really put a percentage as it also depends on the type of building, amenities, location etc. also villas the service charges are way lesser than apartments
What about insurance if the apartment or villa gets burnt or any other damages

No you don’t pay any tax in Dubai on your rental income.

How much do you think these fees will cost in an apartment inside Burj Khalifa??? a 700sqf apartment ... $500,000

The service charges in Burj Khalifa currently are approximately Aed 55 Dhs per sq ft so for a 700 sq ft apartment service charges would be around Aed 38,500

At a hihgh level, can you please name couple of areas or recommend some areas in dubai that have most occupancy on Airbnb and which type of property u recommend, studio, 1bhk, 2bhk, etc? basically properties that have good ROI and have most occupancy on Airbnb

There are no taxes in dubai
in that case it is better to rent instead of owning a property

It only makes sense to rent if the rental you pay is way lesser than the mortgage you would pay for the same property usually it’s the other way around in dubai hence in most cases buying is better than renting in dubai

It depends on the type of property and location. But just to give an idea for villas would be 2-3 Aed per sq ft per year and normal apartment buildings can be 12-22 Aed per sq ft per year

The cost for every type of property varies depending on the type of property. Also certain costs are as per consumption for example: Dewa ( electricity & water) which can vary on the amount used hence it’s very difficult to give a cost structure.
