Hi Vini Could u explain about the maintenance charges u have to pay yearly. If we rent a house we do not have to pay the maintenance. But if we own a property the owner has to pay the maintenance charges. What is ur opinion about it . Pls explain

Each developer has annual maintenance costs which is supposed to be paid by the owner of the property. Arabian ranches belongs to emaar and all the owners of the properties are supposed to pay maintenance charge. It varies between property to property
