Hey, just found your channel, good stuff. I am based in the US. I am heavily leaning toward moving to the UAE in the coming years. I am also new to real estate as a whole. Do you recommend, getting established here first, experience etc, then moving to dubai to invest? Or would it be more advantageous to move to Dubai first, with a job in my field (agent/digital marketing), then invest since I'll be In the market and be more well informed? Appreciate any advice given, thanks

I’m interested in flipping. So we can get approved from our bank statements of our country? I’m registering looking into registering my business there. And buying a property around $200k usd I would prefer a fixer upper
