Once he finally bathes in the mystery of being outside he becomes a billionaire, opens his own hotel on the tundra, and changes his ways. He begins to *a s c e n d* towards a different plane of existence and is even more outside than he expected and integrates into society, adjusting his mind to the wavelength of the common downtown civilian and helps to arrest crime. As time goes by, although he forgets the reason why, he understands it was the right decision to go *outside,* attempting to make amends with those he left behind. But it's okay because now he's in a better place. Great piece of work. 10/10

Taken in that light, this is a song about falling in love. "No seriously, how do you find love? *o u t s i d e*" "I wanna go outside" "A spaceship came to take me away, into the moonlight, and it touched me in an interesting way, and now I'm pregnant with aliens" If you squint at it sideways and remember this is Bill Wurtz we're talking about, the spaceship is the person he falls in love with, the touch is him falling in love, and the aliens he's pregnant with are the butterflies in his stomach. But at the same time, the only other part of the song that even remotely fits that is the last line. "And I can't remember the reason why, but it's all right, and I'm outside." So maybe we're just trying to find meaning where there is none, or where the meaning is so obscure and specific to Bill Wurtz that we can't hope to get on the same level.
