    I normally give 2 or 3 pieces of candy to each person... because my grandparents used to buy too much candy and they would have me pass out more than 1 piece of candy per person at their place!!! I don't do it for them anymore... because my grandfather passed in 2016 at the end of January and my grandmother is in bad health, plus she keeps falling down and she can't be on her own anymore... so now I do it for my parents and I still give 2 or 3 pieces per person!!! People see a whole bowl of candy and they think that they have to take a handful of it... wrong, you are nothing... but a selfish, greedy, little bastard and maybe next time... you won't steal a handful of candy, when there's a camera aim on your sorry face!!!

    I remember trying to read into this and in some jurisdictions worldwide an aggressive, unattended dog is treated as, like, a "high-risk object" and you're allowed to use deadly force against it. And an agressive unleashed dog can be treated as an assault. Like it's the same as if you were brandishing a kitchen knife and waving it around in public, or tried to run a person over with a car. TLDR these dogs are friggin dangerous. That kid at 7:36 could be maimed by that mutt and it should be put down. It wasn't aiming at other dogs, it was aiming at the kid.

    @@TheWinjin More than a decade of animal control and rescue experience... You are correct EXCEPT that (at least in many states) the fence around the property is as good as a leash... so long as it DOES (in fact for realzies) contain the dogs... Barking and snarling and growling doesn't actually hurt nor constitute assault. BUT as a delivery person on more than a few occasions, I do not enter fenced yards, ESPECIALLY with animals loose inside them. I use the horn and wait at or inside my vehicle. No amount of beckoning and coaxing is getting me to cross that line. Dogs that are perfectly sedate while I'm outside can turn LUNATIC the moment that gate's open or I get past it. NO DICE... AND I generally work very hard to keep my nose clean and in EVERY state I've been in, I earned the CCW-equivalent... period. I can promise you that the animal that attacks me (regardless of fur, feathers, or scales... AND regardless of 2, 4, or more legs) will have attacked the last thing it's ever going to. If it kills me, it's getting 3 slugs to the brain pan... and that's the end of it. I've met more than a few jack-ass dog (and other beast) owners who think it's somehow cute or funny to harass people with their "pet"... They don't tend to find it so funny unleashing a dangerous animal when I'm there, and I WILL (provided it's not dangerous to do so) eat the g** d*** thing and use the hide for decoration or clothing... I DO know how to tan... ;o)

  • @jggouvea

    @jggouvea

    This is not a random odd basket on top of a pole, in Brazil it is very common to put these structures at intervals in sidewalks. They're trash bag holders, which keep trash high enough that street dogs don't scatter everything and to delay the infestation of rats. They also make the labour of garbage collectors easier, as they don't have to stoop low to pick the trash bags. In a moderately well-managed town, trash is usually picked three or four times a week (not on Sundays, usually). The guy was still pretty lucky to be close enough to one of these trash holders, as they aren't exactly every three yards apart from each other. Anyway, that stray dog wouldn't have killed him, he was a bit too cowardly.

Both our second ignitor button and combined ones require you to push the knob in and hold it for several seconds before the gas will release and ignite then you can let go. I watched that several times slowly and the dog just turns the knob and away it goes. No safety feature. A young child could easily light that. But yes, she was calm. I've seen a few panic especially when they automatically put water on fat fires causing a flare up so they panic more.
