Interesting video that explores cooking in 'the wild', UK style. I really liked the way that the lasagna was cooked basecamp style, although I would prefer it 'hiker friendly'.

Me too. I was offered a bunch of videos to review and I chose this at random. I've spent the last week making a mess tin lasagna and a one pot lasagna. I think I'll have to make a video with both methods! One is more hiker friendly but with a bit more weight. The other is hiker friendly and very lightweight. Each with similar calorie content. So if you're after a hiker friendly version, there's one coming!

Love the new react concept Thom, looking forward to more! Defo not a hiker friendly option, as you say, that’s a lot of gear and food to be hauling about on your back! Had to laugh at the beer shot though, looked like he was taking a leak😂 Can’t wait to see your version now, ATB.

Can’t wait to show it. Trouble is. While experimenting with one version I accidentally came up with another so now I think it’ll have to have both methods?! I won’t take a leak in mine though

Hey, I went to the outdoor expo today. What a joke. Almost nothing for me to look at. A bunch of companies I've never heard of, and none of the ones I was going for. I gave them my time, bought a few things. But basically this was a sh#@ show. Not worth the cost of entry + parking.

Oh no. I was sad not to go until I read this. That sucks! What do you think happened?

I'm not even going to do that home and love cooking. I like taking a recipe like this and bastardize it down to the point of being packable.

Sage advice! I’m torn between two different ways of lasagne for an upcoming video. I might have to do both!
