What time saving tips do you have?
Good tips Thom - you’ve encouraged me away from the freeze dried meals and I now take a decent meal (pre chopped and prepared) on all my one night trips

I also think that for ease, with a little thought. Powdered potato with a little dried milk powder. Some fresh butter (cafe packs) makes acceptable mash for the wild 😜

@@OffTheBeatenPot smash can also be used as a quick thickener with out imparting too much flavour. Keith Flloyd r.i.p God rest his soul, taught me that years ago, for curries, soups n stews.

@Yorkshiremadmick inside it as a thickener so often. I actually might make a whole video just on the humble potato powder!
