Week ago, one of these vids popped up on my You Tube recommended thingy (think because I was looking at recepies). Thought to myself, who on earth is going to watch a bloke cooking for some company? A week later, can't stop watching. It's relaxing and memerizing watching someone who's clearly and expert at what they do and loving it. Wonderful Mr T just wonderful!

They could be just cheddar. I found that Mimolette cheese tastes very similar to American cheese. I'm American so I know lol
