I did too lol. That's a soul who appreciates the fact there's a talented chef cooking up great everything for his folks. I'm the same way if I'm in that situation so I applaud it.

I love your dedication to actually being a chef! Even though this is a staff canteen. You put passion in your cooking. You give them good food and variety. You can hear you are smiling and being positive.

I am wholly certain that these workers feel much happier and privileged to work at this place having your variety of menus and fun outdoor lunch events such as these to look forward and enjoy. I would hope your company is compensating you accordingly for keeping an elated workforce and pouring so much effort toward their lunch experiences even on a fixed budget. We're certainly grateful to you for serenely documenting these shifts and sharing your wonderful menus and work, MrT!

You don’t have doner where you are from? It’s a very popular take away food in UK, but is of Turkish origin. It’s thin shavings of a meat stack that cooks slowly on a rotisserie it’s usually very processed lamb or beef
