Greetings from Kentucky USA where we have Derby this weekend 🌹 🏇🏻🏇🏻🏇🏻🏇🏻📯🌹I really liked your music this episode ... The soothing plucked strings are ideal for watching the urban scenes passing by... & although it's chilly there, it's delightful to see that spring has sprung! 🌿 The towpath looks dry & inviting, for a nice brisk bit of exercise... 🚶‍♀️The old brick architecture in Birmingham is so interesting... it evokes the earlier days when craftsmanship went into construction. 🏭 & I imagine how bustling the canals once were...🎉 Although I rather like the goatee, I'm looking forward to seeing your cleanshaven face! I loved cruising through Birmingham especially the architecture but it's such a shame its hidden behind all that horrid paint etc.

Hi there that is the first time i had been taken on that canal and you seemed to get through easy even though it is through the industrial part of the city. The ladies work well together and made it look easy. The future plans sound good but they will be very different things to see so the youngsters are going to get to see another part of the country what a good life and education they are getting. Ah, nice. I went to knowle near Catherine but turned around and went up the Stratford at kings junction. I like your plans, I’m actually going to Llangollen this summer, enjoying getting there slowly. I might go to Crick for the show.

Not at all Italian myself (mostly Scottish ancestry...) but my stomach thinks it is Italian. I do like the cuisine. Traditionally the pastas used with Bolognese were the flat "ribbons" (Pappardelle, Tagliatelle , lasagna and other flat shapes etc.) as they were the simplest to make at home but because of its texture, I find that it also works great with the hollow shaped pastas (penne etc.). No mean feat whipping up a Bolognese in a narrowboat galley, although my kitchen isn't huge by comparison.

Its a lovely meal for sure and luckily we all enjoy it though pasta isn't really my favourite

@@GaryCaptainPhillips we did have a holiday on there years ago on a hire boat before we bought our own. It’s beautiful, up there with one of the best on the network in my opinion.

Be careful going to London hear its a huge place
