Just got back on line after a week without it,you don't realise how much we depend upon it until there's a problem. Now it's time for serious binge watching! I love the dog walk there it reminds me of the New Forest slightly but then threat of illness (Alabama Rot) has put us of there in case the dogs catch something. Ever thought of fitting a GoPro to Poppy to a doggie eyes view? Keep safe Guy.

Yes, I have tried the GoPro camera on Poppy, but not had much success, kept falling over. I want to try another harness with it.

Like much of Norfolk, flint was used extensively for a building material. Not the best stuff to use but it was cheap and in abundance. Wonder where they got the cement from to stick the stuff together as it's lasted quite well? When visiting the house, Yaron the wifes guide dog, off duty, took a fancy to chasing the ducks and ended up in the queens pond. Had to wait for him to dry off a bit before we went into the house. Nice garden walks to see the plaques installed to commemorate the queens dogs and horses.

Another excellent video. Lovely scenery and good information. The fish and chips looked delicious. Good choice of music and not too loud. I find some other peoples videos annoying with loud music in the background.

Hi Bob Jenny & Poppy, Is that where Prince Philip had his crash? Maybe that's the reason they going back to just groups of 6 from Monday with it being so busy. ( Queen leaving Balmoral early) said on the news. I would have drove up in the car for fish n chips :) Looks really nice there.

We went to the site it was lovely right by Keswick town centre

When we were there they was a collection for the restoration of the church used by the richest women in the world.

Think it was a sweet chestnut on that tree bob🌲

I know nothing about trees.

The price of the cream tea was awful (we are Devonians!) and the Queen has suddenly announced she is leaving Balmoral early and moving to Sandringham very shortly to downsize on staff due to Covid. This could explain lack of tickets. Lovely video as always.

Really nice dog walk but on the down side our dogs picked up ticks when we stayed so never been back. Please check Poppy.

Bob.i see that the caravan and Motorhome site mentions seasonal canine illness (sci) for the Sandringham estate..possible between August and November...what are your thoughts on this? As we would like to do a similar tour next year.

Yes, we are aware, several people have mentioned it. We are keeping Poppy on the paths and away from the long grass where harvest mites are about.

The wood poppy would not jump over has been put there to stop cars parking for free. the parking and inferior food has made sanderingham a no go area as well as the danger to dogs. unhappy local.
