Just awaiting delivery of our new van in april. I constantly watch your channel for tips and love watching your trips too. We live in norfolk so are looking for a close to home first trip. Feeling nervous but excited as new to caravanning. Sandringham is definately on our go to list. 😊

Great start to the year 😊. We are booked in for aug bank holiday this year. Really looking forward to it now. Looks like we will be visiting plenty of places. Thanks for some great ideas on where to go. And another bonus is that Robbie Williams is in concert while we are there. I’m sure will hear him from he camp site. Happy travels. Looks a great site we have looked at that one in the book. Keith and our son are outside cleaning the caravan son up ladder doing roof. Our 1st trip nxt week to Lady Margarets Park in Chirk. Just had big refurb new toilet block serviced pitches ect. Carn't wait. Xx

Love the intro music guys , sounds straight from the decks of DJ Dave. Fair comment about the need for refurb at Sandringham, it’s definitely getting there. We love Sandringham always worth a visit . Was Bablingley Social club dog friendly ? . Thanks for sharing H and M

Hi Helen & Martin, we're on the same page, Sandringham is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the Bablingley Social Club do not allow dogs inside but there is a good outdoor seating area that the dogs are welcome in which will be great in the summer but it is right next to a busy main road, so extra care required. Love them or hate them .. there's no denying thay make England's history interesting , and generate meany time's more in the tourist sector than thay receive from the royal gift...thay are custodian's of many of the countries finest art collections and estates that thay hold in trust for future generations ,that if thay weren't under their protection would have been sold off to the highest bidder and in private ownership decades ago...in a time that meany of us think of our selves as European thay are a constant reminder that infact we're British!!.💕🇬🇧🇺🇦

Just watching your video. Showing your route going through Acle. My wife's cousin lived there who we often visited. Loved her accent. Remember her asking me if I wanted another sawsage. I replied yes please Mary. Would love another sawsage. My wife was born in Blofield. Believe you once said you're from Chesterfield originally. Obviously no Norfolk accent. I'm a Sutton-in-Ashfield lad. Well old codger really. 78 I love Norfolk. We'd often go in cottage at Blakeney My favourite place. Then across to Desmond place. Did you watch it. Normal for Norfolk

Hi David, we were in Acle today (10 miles from home) Norfolk is lovely but we’re heading back to Derbyshire soon with the caravan. I know Sutton in Ashfield, not far from Mansfield. I'm Sutton in Ashfield too 😊😊😊just watching this vlog as we're going to Sandringham camc on Saturday. My other half said I'd booked the wrong club site and should have booked with the caravan club. We'll try that one next time and compare 😅😅😅

What an excellent start to your 2023 touring year 👍. Great choice of site Dave & Helen, just our cup of tea with those lovely wooded walks. They may install serviced pitches and upgrade the facility block if they ever decide to re-develop the site. Enjoyed watching, all the best, Rob & Gail

That small gate in the wall of Sandringham House is where the queen used to go through cross the road and visit the Royal Stud xx
