That's nice!! For me it was different. I am now married to a Pakistani.. we have known eachother since we were 15, we never got engaged but we got married straight away at 23! We had a 3 day wedding which was super cool.. then another in pakistan

Wish you all the best 💕 Now, don't get me wrong I just want to speak my mind on this.. in my point of view such a propsal for us muslims is pointless.. I mean we do not have to imitate the non muslims in every aspect of out lives.. Especially because muslims normally start a relationship with marriage as their main/ultimate goal.. If you realize that you click and both of you are on the same page,then you already know what is planned to be happening in the future.. Mulim couples in such cases often speak about marriage or life after marriage from a very early stage in their realtionship (compared to non muslims) ..that is just what I think.. It would just be nice to follow our own "rules" more than to imitate others..I think it shows more character and uniqueness. Anyway, I hope no one feels offended by this.. Ramadan Moubarak ❤️

Nuha Miley when I had my nikkah we were required to sign a marriage certificate. I know some people just have the “religious marriage” and the “legal” separately but I’m not sure if that’s considered right in Islam.. the Imam that we had said you have to do both together so it’s a bit confusing :/
