Thanks for watching! We use MRPEasy for raw material inventory and manufacturing. We use SKULabs for warehouse management of finished goods and shipping, however we have noticed it is glitchy for high volumes. We are currently looking at ShipBob's warehouse management software.
Can you please do a video on how you package and fulfill summer orders with your ice bags.

Hi there! Thank you! Right now we just use good old fashioned pour pots! We do have a cougar machine on order that will be here in a few weeks.
The two freezers; does the ice come back or is it packing and then you keep buying more? And is it dry ice?

They are "Polar Tech Ice-Brix Cold Packs". They do not come back to us, we reorder them quite frequently during the peak summer months.
