The Bass Pro store in Springfield Missouri is worth the time to see. Branson, MO is also nearby and very family friendly.

Yes, I sure agree! Living near this main Bass Pro store is amazing, plus it's Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium!! Rated top in the Nation since it began. They would all love that experience, plus the store itself, which is the best & largest of all of their stores. Also, there's the Bass Pro Outlet store right next to the main store, where there's very affordable bargains, year 'round!!👏💖😊

It warms my heart seeing you, Alex, and your family unwinding from your moving ordeal and relaxing and enjoying life. I can't get over the change in the children! They now have such beautiful bright smiles of joy on their faces, as do you and Alex. God is good. Homeschooling here in the US is getting more and more popular. You can teach your children morals and Christian values without Government mandates. There is now a lot of great resources to help you. I think Homeschooling is so very important in these trying times we live in. Blessings to y'all!

So happy to see you all visiting Nevada and doing well. I am now with my son and family in Summerlin, Las Vegas, and I will be returning to Italy mid-January. This community is next to the exquisite Red Rock Canyons which we can see from our windows. The house is very near them and we often go hiking there. Maybe I will meet you all sometime in the future. With God all things are possible. God bless you, and may He continue to order your steps.

I’m happy for your family to be experiencing the USA. The West is big, isn’t it? I live in SW Idaho, so not too far from where you were. It is also high desert where I live, but not as high elevation. Homeschooling your children is busy and challenging, but also better for their nervous systems and their minds and hearts. We homeschooled for about 18 years. I think it is the best option for a lot of people, not everyone, of course. Blessing to you!

So wonderful that you had this great family experience! 👏🤗 Very thankful that you could all get away for awhile at that mountain retreat home.❤ The ending reminds me so much of when i took my 3 children (now in mid-30's to early 40's) to Dworshak Dam in Idaho, which spans the beautiful Clearwater River. It's a much smaller dam, but they were amazed by it, & still clearly remember all the details of that visit.💓 Hoping that you can visit Idaho as you travel! I lived there 45+ years, my two sons still live there...& I pray I can move back there. It's a very diverse landscape, plenty of excellent agricultural land there, & the largest wilderness areas in the lower 48 states! Gorgeous country there! Prayers for you all as your journey continues!🙏💖🙏...& have a wonderful Christmas!🎄🕊🥰🙏

Lovely adventure! My husband was in Utah in May/June while I stayed here. I asked him to bring some Redmond salt home with him! He toured all around - lots to see and he sent photos and videos back (and brought quilting supplies home with him - for meeee!) which were amazing! I did like your cabin in the woods with the balcony. Awesome! The outdoors shop looked great too! Thank you!

It's not frying but grilling, i know its hard to get the terms down once y'all come to a new place, you will notice in different states they have different names for things you thought were right way It's a whole different sounding but it means the same, but I'm glad y'all made it to the US it took forever, I've been with y'all ever since you were around your parents with the highland cattle, chickens and your brother the forestry master lol, but glad that you and the family have made it and now the journey begins to find your forever home where ever that will be, now I'm proud to call you a neighbor. Bass Pro is just down the street from our sons church. At Lake Mead (Hover Dam) there is a easy trail of five huge historic railway tunnels you can visit for free. Another place to visit is St Thomas, it is the ruins and foundations to a village that was submerged under Lake Mead. Another place to visit is historic Corn Creek National Wildlife refuge. Another place to visit is Cold Creek off grid community where donkeys and Wild Mustangs roam free… with hiking trails in the ponderosa pines. Vegas as a lot to offer, outside the city.

A 25lb bag of Redmond's salt is 75 dollars at a Mennonite Store that I frequent. I bought 10lbs online for 50 dollars. If you move to any of these states Missouri/Kentucky/Pennsylvania/Tennessee/North Carolina/Ohio/Indiana there are very large communities of Mennonite and Amish. I would not eat most of what they sell in their grocery stores but they are a good community of hardworking people. I try to educate them on processed food but they seem to think most of us English eat it so it must be fine to consume. Glad that you and your family have a beautiful cabin to stay at for the Christmas Season! Merry Christmas to you all! God Bless!
