WE have had some requests to do a video taste testing on a Bielefelder vs American Bresse. We have both breeds on our farm. They are both excellent breeds to have on the farm. :) Both are very friendly although neither like to be held much. Not lap chickens lol. We believe in raising our chickens in an environment that allows them to be chickens (within certain limits due to predators). They have a lot of room to run and forage. We have tractored Cornish Cross in the past and that has worked well for us too.
