I live in Norway and my house is surrounded by huge mountains. What you are describing is what I feel every now and then round my house. But also, I have always felt that, something so majestic and large and old as mountains, must surely be able to talk sometimes to some of us. The mountains has a energy and presence that you have to experience to be able to explain. ❤

Dearest Jonna, please please please know that some of us know exactly what you mean when you speak of the 'humming mountains.' I was overwhelmed by how touched I felt by what you said. Omg. I feel so blessed that I found you years ago. Your videos are more special than I can explain. And no matter how many subscribers you have, or how many comments are posted, whenever I watch your videos I feel like you are speaking only to me. It's extraordinary, the personal touch of communication you have. Thank you from the deepest part of my soul. I want so much to visit that part of Sweden now. The story about the Humming mountains deeply resonates with me. I had a similar feeling when I was on an expedition and was going to climb to the top of Mount Elbrus. In two days of acclimatization I realized that I didn't want to conquer the summit, that I just wanted to embrace the ancient and powerful energy of the mountains. We started climbing at one o'clock in the morning, but my goal was to meet the dawn. And in the predawn hour I felt the energy of the mountains as if awakened and I fell into a trance and only a feeling of adoration and what a small grain of sand I am in the middle of the mighty ancient giants. A very strong memory and the dawn and the shadow of the mountain in the sky. Magic! Thank you for your videos they heal the soul and fill with love!

Where I come from, the spirits of nature like copper and silver. I was visiting the water once with a friend, and a serpent approached us from the water. For me it’s like my ancestors calling me . Comforting me . Especially on bad days . When I go up in the canyon, it feels like sitting on my Farmor’s lap and she is cuddling me and humming songs for me. Hearing about your story with the mountains and their old energy, it reminds me of a day i was meditating in my favorite forest (i live ind Denmark) when i se a small nature spirit before my inner eye. He was floating in the air and cane to tell me that he wished humans had more respect for the stones and rocks, since they are the oldest beings on this planet. Then he asked me to send good energy to the forest through the big rock I was sitting on. My view on rocks and stone has never been the same❤

Yes, the mountains and rocks and all things speak. When your heart is open, you will hear their words. Congratulations, Jonna, for hearing them. They helped you reconfigure your energy and they are now a part of you. Energy has no boundaries. So, whenever you call on them, they will be there with you. Sending loving and peace-filled thoughts to everyone.

Today is my day-off and this was the first video I watched while drinking my morning coffee and I really feel it set me off for having a beautiful day! I paused the video halfway and went for a walk with my dog, in a beautiful park, sat on a bench, soaked the sun, closed my eyes for a few minutes and had a short meditation. When I opened my eyes, the colours seemed more vivid and white butterflies were flying around ..I felt immense gratitude for all the blessings I have in my life and so positive for the ones to come. Thank you for putting me in this head space with your amazing videos (btw I laughted so hard when you almost swallowed the mosquito and said ''so glamorous''🤣). And just so you know, you're not the only one with anxiety during phone calls, remember ''it's OK not to be OK''. Much love to you from Scotland ❤

Beloved Jonna, this is my first time visiting your channel and I want you to know that I have those same struggles with anxiety when it comes to having to talk to people over the phone or in person for that matter. I, too, thought I was the only person who felt that way so, thank you for sharing! It’s very brave of you to open up like that. The Humming Mountains ~ Scripture says the whole creation groans waiting for the fulfillment of the ultimate plan of God. Found in Romans 8. We are all watching and witnessing (in the natural realm) the culmination of this era of time or dispensation of grace coming to an end. It’s THE ultimate battle between good and evil being played out in the spirit realm but we can see it in the earth between people. Long story short… The people of the earth are about to find themselves in the Book of Revelation. The unveiling is about to take place. I don’t know exactly when, but scripture says we are to understand the times in which we live. It says we can, and should know the season we are in so that we won’t be caught unaware. Human’s have a SOUL, we live in a BODY, but we are a SPIRIT. In order to understand spiritual things, we must be born again… or, come alive in our spirit. Specifically, the Holy Spirit because there are innumerable, countless evil spirits so we must call on the Holy Spirit of Yahweh God. There is a tremendous spiritual war happening right now (always has been) so understand who the enemy is and understand Who Yahweh is. There’s only one way to the Father (God) and His name is Yeshua or Jesus the Messiah. I wanted to say that it’s not your imagination… you are experiencing the absolute magnitude and power of God… He is the CREATOR of heaven and earth! Yahweh is His Name. He is called THE ANCIENT of DAYS in scripture! And yes, everything has a frequency. All of creation points to the Master of Creation. He specifically tells us not to worship His creation but to worship Him, and Him alone. We admire and are in awe at His creation but to worship the creation and miss the One who called it all into existence is in scripture called idolatry and God gives a strong warning against doing that. My hope is that you would continue with your deep love and admiration for the mountains and the stars, the beautiful trees and all that God has created and give Him the glory ❤️

You don't know what they might think of you, it's simply what you think about yourself that you project into their heads. Been there, still am, but most of the time, people don't perceive you as awkward at all! I for my part perceived you as pretty confident for a situation like this. So glad it helped you grow! I've had that experience when I first was surrounded by the North Cascades Mountains in Northern/Western Washington State in the US. I felt like bowing down, like in front of a deity. I actually had tears streaming down my cheeks. My man thought I was nuts. These beings have great consciousness, and are like great-grandfathers to all mountains, in my feeling. Jonna, hello from Kentucky in the US. Thank you for sharing the spectacular beauty of northern Sweden. I have never seen anything so magnificent. We can hear nature speak all around us, when we let go of all the other voices and noise in our heads. I would love to go on a trip like that, but it is not safe for a female to travel alone in the US. I am 70 years old and as I was watching your video, I realized that since I married 48 years ago, I have never taken any time for myself to just recharge and be one with nature. As a young girl, I would go into the woods and stay all day, playing, drawing pictures, reading, talking to God, just time away from my younger siblings. I love trees, wild flowers, and small streams of water with big rocks. You have inspired me to just take a day for me!😊Thank you again for sharing your life with the world. May God continue to bless you in all you do. 🙏🏻❤️

I have the same anxiety, Jonna. I was crying with you. 😭Thank you to Peter for his kindness! What interesting facts and places! Every video, I am touched so much and often cry because it is pure. Sending you love and postiive energy, Jonna. 💗 Thank you for inspiring me. You've inspired me to paint and play with arts again. Also, I have been learning Swedish because of you and hearing your Swedish made me smile since I understand some of what you say.

Hej Jonna, from my side the way I’m working out the anxiety of verbal communication is to first be aware at all times to not use “I hate” or any other negative words. But when I do, I make a flash ‘ceremony’ with myself, breath deeply 3 times to cancel the THOUGHT, then re-frase it and somehow find it in my heart to thank for the situation to continue the talk. -mysig 😊 Greetings from Costa Rica 🇨🇷

I feel so trapped in my life with working and in my body due to my age. I truly feel that I stepped out and felt the freedom that you shared in the fresh air and mountains on this videos journey. I thank you for taking me on this journey through your video. Thank you.

39:30 Hej, Jonna, I do resonate with you so much, and the gesture of your appreciation to the nature was so ❤ 💖... Love your way of the free-spirit living. ✨ Missing Sverige! Time to time my spirit visits places and people I knew back in the day.... Love and Light 🙏 🕯 Mia xx
