Our 5 minute routine to help PIANO PLAYERS prevent injury!
We are launching a new mini series looking at the main conditions and exercises to help individuals in the performing arts sector.
Today we are demonstrating a gentle 5 minute mobility & stretching routine for the forearm and wrists to help piano players reduce the risk of injury and pain when playing.
As with all our videos we recommend getting your wrist and elbow joints assessed by a musckuloskeletal expert to determine the correct diagnosis for you and the best course of treatment, exercises and management!

Thank you! I don’t play piano often, but I’m a crocheter and beader, and these exercises are great for us crafters too!
Haven't been playing the poino in a long while, but I can very much recommend these stretches for people who do alot on the PC as well.
This is excellent. Thank you
Very helpful. Thankyou.
Thank you!
This was so great thanks a lot for this wonderful video😊
Thankyou so much for this, this may actually save my job :)
wow this helped a lot I played this morning and it aggravated my tendonitis. It was affecting me at my job, but now both my elbows are feeling better. Thank you. I'm saving this to my play list

This is just the video I've been looking for! I just started learning how to play the piano a few weeks ago. I've found that my practice routine has been lacking stretching. At times my wrists, back and shoulders get really tight and sore. Thanks for the video!
Something terrible happened when I pulled my finger.
It shouldn't be all static when you start to play. That's basically an indication of wrong technique
