#Goback2Africa #blackexpat #blackrepat #africa #africanamerican #africanamericantraveler
Welcome to my channel, please enjoy my travels to Africa where I have visited to date 1 Oct 21, 13 countries and I will be on my journey to complete the 54 countries from November 2021 onward. I have plentiful of information and if you desire to visit or move to the continent, please don't hesitate for a consultation and or my International Pre-Travel guide. Please look at my video given you the information to help and assist you • Video
I showcase Africa in my travels to include other countries. My desire is to change the narrative that the western world painted in a negative light of Africa. My channel has talks, words of wisdom, business, investing, purchase property in Africa and livestream discussions. I further show the negative impacts of America in how it continues to have a disregard for Black people. I know my channel is not for everybody whether you agree or not, but my intent is not to hurt people nor disrespect.

One of the real opportunities in east and central Africa is real affordable housing. Anyone who can do one bedroom flats or studios for less than US$10000 for each unit, will be in serious serious serious business. I suspect the Chinese are about to unleash such a project here in Kenya. They quickly realised that salaries here are very low and majority of Kenyans cannot afford houses costing more than US$20000. So they are back on the drawing board. I only know of one housing project out in kajiado county where the shell of a two bedroom house was going for ksh500k (US$5000), some years ago. By shell I mean walls, doors, Windows, iron roof, plumbing and wiring. No tiles, no inbuilt wardrobes, no ceiling, no painting. Just the shell. They sold out within months.

Africa has a conveyer belt of higher education churning out millions of graduates 🎓every year but job creation rate is not rising to the occasion to absorb them. That's why some go to diaspora contributing immensely in terms of remittances. The brain 🧠 drain is only in terms of losing the experienced but in terms of qualifications..no. That creates opportunities for the jobless experts. Those who go abroad will have money 💰 and first world experience to start better businesses back home.

Being from Mozambique,if you want to see where you can start helping,I can suggest that you can start by speaking to the local church/mosque leaders.. they have a good idea of what the community needs and have contact and trust of the community, if your idea is good, they may help you organise a men's/ ladies meeting for you to present your ideas. If you have a skill like ( dentist/ civil constructor..etc) you may want to start by dedicating an Hour of you services to orphanage's.. example.. if you are a dentist..you may give free check -up to children at an orphanage..to tell the carer's which children need medical attention. , Builders can have a look at facilities and make suggestions/ draw a plan for improvements..or spot construction failures that put lives at risk.

HELLO GO BLACK!! I CAME ACROSS A VIDEO ENTITLED 'This is the Reason why they want Africa to Remain poor'...PLS SEE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VIEW IT AND PERHAPS TO DO A SCRUTINY OF THIS VIDEO...I BELIEVE IT LAYS ALL OUT ESPECIALLY IN THE DAWN OF African Continental free trade Area in general and the suppression of manufacturing sectors. Will really appreciate your views and of course this brings to center of attention who the real enemies of Africa have been! GB2A!!!
