ഇന്നും ഡിപ്രഷൻ എന്താണ് അത് മനസ്സിനെ എത്രത്തോളം മുറിവേല്പിക്കും എന്നൊക്കെ അറിയാത്തവർ ആണ് ഭൂരിഭാഗം ആളുകളും പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു മലയാളികൾ. അവരെ ഭയന്നിട്ടാണ് ഡിപ്രഷൻ നേരിടുന്ന പലരും സൈക്കോളജിസ്റ്റിനെ കാണാൻ മടിക്കുന്നതും ഉറ്റവരോട് പോലും തന്റെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പറയാൻ മടിക്കുന്നതും. കുഴിയിൽ വീണാൽ ഒരു കയർ ഇട്ട് തന്നാലും അതിൽ കയറി പിടിച്ചു മുകളിലോട്ടു വരാൻ കഴിയാത്ത മാനസിക അവസ്ഥയെ പോലെയാണ് ഡിപ്രഷൻ. അത് അനുഭവിച്ചർക്ക് അതിന്റെ ആഴം നന്നയി അറിയാം. ഈ വിഡിയോ പലർക്കും ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
