Aswathy Sreekanth is an Indian Television Actor, Television host, Writer, KZreadr, Social Media Influencer and Life coach from Kerala. She is best known for her portrayal of Asha Uthaman in Chakkappazham. She received the Kerala State Television Award for Best Actress in 2020 for Chakkappazham. Chakkappazham airs on Flowers Tv and is one of the most popular comedy shows on Malayalam general entertainment channels. Her KZread channel Life Unedited is also very popular and primarily deals with Parenting and Motherhood.
She has also authored a book Tta yillatha Muttayikal based on her childhood experiences in Thodupuzha. She was also recently featured on the very popular game show Flowers Oru Kodi with the host Sreekantan Nair.
In this episode she traces her personal and professional life. Her challenges with mental health post the delivery of her first child. the phase of post-partum depression. She talks about her attempt at taking her own life following her breakup with her now partner Sreekanth. She delves deep into the subject of work life balance and how hard it has been for her to manage raising her kids and work alongside. She is talented intelligent and a go getter. She talks about what made her so confident about herself.

Indra Nooyi shared the same view as Aswathy, when she said "women can't have it all'. . "We pretend we have it all. We pretend we can have it all' Nooyi adds further. Admit it or not, that is the reality, it's not easy to do equal justice to all the roles at hand. In essence, keep in mind that 'being realistic is key to living a fulfilled life'.
