Ramsey's channel is a beast for great indie niche reviews. Excellent Review. I burn many resins too (copal, benzoins, middle eastern blends, frankincense, oud and resin blends, etc). It is very realistic but I still like the raw resins a little better. Have a Great Weekend! Cheers! 🎉🎉🎉😊

I really want to get Benzoin to try. Nothing will be better than the real thing lol where do you get yours from? Amazon?
It's the most medicinal perfume I've smelled so far. I'll have to sit with this one for a while. Great review!

Great review North! I burn bakhoor, sandalwood, and frankincense, but I haven't got a hold of some myrrh yet. The only fragrance I own which has myrrh in it I believe is Iceni by Boadecia. It has a good dose of vanilla in there as well. On a side note, I was wondering if you ever had a chance to tryout ASQ's Oud Extrait line like Myan Oud or Manaban Oud? I've thinking about picking one of them up.

Yeah, I used to own Iceni. Smells exactly like Myrrhe Impériale. I have tried the ASQ Oud line. They're quite expensive. The more they cost, the better they smell, unfortunately. I used to have the white oud and another in the red bottle. They were the 3 least expensive ones. I hated them both lol
I agree I don't think any of the range really hits the mark. All pleasant but a little overrated in some cases. Oriental Velours was not one I even recall but did not grab my attention. Vanille Havane is ok but more vanilla than anything. No tobacco in it just cacao pretending to be tobacco

No doubt. For whatever reason, I enjoyed the Les Abstraits options more than Les Indemodables. Chypre Azural would be a buy if it came in 100ml for the same price.

@@mrnorthpresents Yes I agree all 3 Les Abstraits are worthy buys. I could not quite pull the trigger on any of them but each came close
