This video + Chart of Happiness brought me out of a realm of no meaning, depression and no hope for better. I was a hungry ghost and you brought my vitality and potency back in a cognitive jolt to the thinking mind. So thankyou.
Just discovered Shinzen....Loving listening and learning from him. Warm, funny, serious, deeply sensible and such solid teaching. No doubts at all! Thank you.

Hey what’s up. How’s been your life this 4 years.
Thank you for uploading. This is so helpful...
A system for absolutely anything! Time to have a rethink of what I'm up to.
Thank you for posting!
32:00 - when he stops in a video I check if my wifi is down... hahaha...and he gets me every single time!!!!!!! third in a row!
A great help. This was deeply reassuring, as I am an inveterate looper and brancher, though I always feel I'm doing so with CCE. Thank you!!
Thanks Shinzen. I love his teaching because its not so rigid as to follow strict Buddhist philosophy but at the same time its all so practical without a bunch of woo.

+Paul Ladendorf Yes, as great as very popular teachers like Adyashanti, Mooji or Eckhart Tolle are, they aren't very good at telling you what you should actually *DO* to get anywhere.

@@squamish4244 i agree a ton with you, although mooji for me was a liberating watch as it showed me everything i had discovered was actually real, it didn't show me how i should chase these facts with persistence
awesome as ever
I just laugh because with my extreme anxiety Issues I do not need to worry about things not coming up 😅
@ShinzenInterviews - The home practice is awesome. I used to do it when I could buy long distance cards which allowed 99 minutes for 99 cents. Those long distance cards have not been available for 3 years, hence I haven't done the home practice for a long time. Shinzen mentioned something in this video which seemed to infer an option for those who can't afford long distance (I am male, weigh 106 pounds at 5'9" and believe me, a reasonable amount of food is a luxury). Help, please.
Is this in paper form with diagrams? I'd buy it for sure.
Does anybody know where I can find more info on his diagram. Where he discusses 'Affect, Behavior, Cognition, Ideal, Situation, Other'?

Rune Star check his website, look for "five ways to know yourself"
What is "skype" - or whatever he calls the long distance telephone thing? I don't have long distance, so this is crucial. Thanks.

It’s an application you can download for free from the internet. Just google it and get it on your phone or computer by downloading it. You do have to have internet to use it. Then, say you want to see and talk to someone long distance. Email them to also download skype. Tell each other what Names you used to create your free account on Skype. Search for your grind by name, and the application allows you to “call” them and if they’re available at the same time, they connect as well, and you have a free video chat. Similar with “Zoom” which can link up several people at once. Hope this helps!

Meant “friend” not “grind”
Shinzen can't go 10 minutes without writing a phrase in another language
I wonder if shinzen is mindful that he holds the hand up his butt all throughout the presentation :-D
