I remember having the original deluxe Barricade, and he was one of my favorite Transformers I ever had. This one looks fan-freaking-tastic! Absolutely love the look on this one.

Let me guess, Ironhide is probably gonna come out next month, April. The other MPM figures I’m interested to see next are Jazz, Ratchet, Sentinel Prime, DOTM Soundwave and DOTM Megatron (lol it really is gonna be hard). As of now, Barricade is my favourite among all the MPM figures that came out as of now.

There's something about the mp alt mode that feels better than the human alliance alt mode for Barricade.

This is a very cool new movie MP! They really nailed it, it looks just like the movie Barricade! Seeing him in the '07 movie, Barricade looked really terrifying, Sam's reaction of seeing this police car transform into a dangerous robot says it all! Good thing Bumblebee was tailing Sam so he could protect him, then fights Barricade after a car pursuit and manages to damage the evil Decepticon, saving Sam and Mikaela. But his disappearance in the freeway pursuit was quite puzzling, just as Bonecrusher was transforming before fighting Optimus Prime. Anyway, that was a very cool review!

I watched a 6 minutes commercial and didn't skip... Couse Optibotimus is SO MUCH POSITIVE and i like when someone is positive. And i like dinosaurs

Barricade has been my favorite decepticons scince i started watching transformers (i have been watching scince G1) and i finally bought this after getting the masterpiece g1 prine and peru kill lockdown and have to wait a few months for it to get here but im definitely exited! Great review

I'm late for about half an year but for your reference, the sticker on the package is the label in traditional Chinese with the information of importer, produce country, and safety suggestion (not for kids with risk to choke etc...) So this toy is actually made in Viet Nam, and sold in Taiwan, but eventually to your hand.

I wonder how transformers toys are made. I mean, not the engineering, but the production. Imagine how cool must be to see all those parts been mounted together

I know I’m so late but that back part is a little wrongly transformed. You tucked the black piece into the backpack but it’s supposed to tab in behind his head. It covers the gap

If you don't fold in the front of the car hood in robot mode you can fold it over behind his head which fills in the gap nicely.

They should do Movie Masterpiece Ironhide (I hope they will give him his left arm cannon since the previous ones only made the right arm one). TheMasterChief117 Yeah I know I just saw pictures and my only nitpicks are that the front wheels should go more under the front of the car (split into half in robot mode with the bumper hidden) (or probably they did not transform him all the way or you can say completely in the pictures of the robot mode, they even did this with the DOTM Voyager Ironhide) and that the cannons should be inside Ironhide in vehicle mode but whether they're undetachable or detachable is personal preference.

You'll both be happy to know that we are getting an mpm jazz and there's a third party version of an mpm dotm soundwave in the works.

I actually found that the ko version of this is more screen accurate.

@@vinceamaro1382 I agree, but then again, not a fair comparison lol KOs will mostly always be better, considering they take the base MPM figures and literally improve the engineering, the painting, the sculpting, even the size Hasbro can't even do anything

2PNSV tag is reference to the "𝓽𝓸 𝓹𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓼𝓱 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓮𝓷𝓼𝓵𝓪𝓿𝓮..." on the side if anyone is wondering... 4 years later

When I saw him at stores and online shops I thought he would suck, since in my country he's cheaper than a deluxe class figure, meanwhile the studio series one costs 7$ here, and the human alliance one costs 15$. For some reason my country just hates Barricade I guess

The only problem i have with this figure is in his vehicle mode, the roof doesn't want to clip

guys ive been having this issue with the mpm by when i transform it and tuck back the head it does not go back and made my thumbs hurt alot, anyone know a fix?

There are many vids of this specific transformer turning it into robot mode. But....it is a pain to get it back into car mode. Nearly impossible to get it back into car 100% . I bought this piece yesterday and already regret it. Cannot turn it back into car properly. Please help.

did you know that you can open the wheel the one where like they dont show in the instructions the wheels arms that you put your nails on it then open it and is a seacert

Well those two cars even classic were always roughly the same size usually within inches differences other than the obvious and one of those long spikes is supposed to sit in the other display spike part chefatron showed in his video and will sit right

Great review. I am not too sure if i want him, he looks nice, but he isn't as accurate as Bee and the weapon is way too big it looks ridiculous. Maybe i will get him when the price drops or wait for a third party that looks better.

Razeen Chowdhury no, however I do recommend not getting mpm Optimus or megs, as they’re both really expensive and not even the best representation. I’d recommend getting the black apple Optimus and skywing earthquake megatron, as they’re cheaper, better ratcheted, have far better paint jobs, and run circles around hasbro as far as movie accuracy. You can get those figures at show z store, ebay, or tf direct
