You should read her book, True Love. It is very inspiring. She talks about her journey in life, career and relationships. Some good life lessons in there. I read it twice and might read it again.

No 40's & 50's are only the beginning! Wait until you get to 65 & 75 way, way better! Stay healthy & keep fit. Life really makes much more sense! Being 🙏 gratefully active at this age is incredibly humbling & most rewarding. Life is an incredible gift 🎁!

Her divorce was the best thing that happened to her despite any disappointment it put her on the right path to finally realize you don’t need anyone to “complete” you or give you love- the self help work is so important it leads to truly understand what it means to love yourself and how most people are socialized into codependency. She's so encouraging especially when you have to face ageaphobics who discourage you as you get older yet she shows you that life can be just as good or better. It's not all about Society's ignorance view of age but it's about what you want for yourself in life.

Actually, she did another that I loved from a few years back I think it was with Hoda when she released her book "True Love". It was a similar setting to this one, and was an hour long. You can search it on KZread. The interview was by 92Y. She's incredibly inspirational and genuine. She did another more musical one with People Magazine like two years ago. That one is amazing too, and was very open and insightful.

After my mom, this woman has been one of the greatest references on how I want to live my life. She's definitely not perfect and has made mistakes in the past but that has defined who she is now and where she has gotten to. Inspiring through and through. I love Jennifer Lopez.

I love how she defies age so effortlessly! Many people say she has a gorgeous body and I agree. But to me it's her radiant smile that keeps her youthfulness. Above all her perfect features, her gorgeous smile is the best feature and no one can say it's due to plastic surgery since she has had it since her early days. I use to always hold myself back because of age, even at age 12 I remember telling myself things like "I'm too young to start dancing" and on and on... now that I'm 32 I have a confidence that did not exist when I was 20. I want to look like that too but we need LOTS of MONEY. Just look at Gwen Stefani, Shakira, etc. they are in their 50s they all have money. It's their business to stay young looking all the time the pressure is always on them to look young and nice.

Famous rich women hosting each other and adding more spotlight to their fame and glamorous life. If you really want to help women do not wait until they are already there ... help them when they need help. There are thousands of them with talent, small businesses and amazing stories and deserve to be seen

This show objective is to INSPIRE. Ppl get inspired by others who are already there. She had helped small start ups to be BILLIONAIRE like Sara Blakely who didnt even have an office OR team and now Spanx is a worldwide phenomena

This was a great interview! Jennifer sounds so healthy emotionally, and she sure looks that way physically...such a joy to hear that she did her own internal work to get to this place!

Lovely. She is truly enough and doesn’t need to show as much skin to be fabulous and a strong role model for young girls and women.

I am Saudi woman wife and mother .. JLO you are one my idols .. OPRAH you are the ROLE model for me! It’s 10:18 am preparing Arabic coffee for my family and I came across this video! I screamed and sent link to my sis and brother and now I am watching this with tears on my cheeks! JLO talking about signing with her daughter and how she represented women! Oh you got me there! I celebrated my 40th birthday last month.. people tell me how pretty and so young I look but I am not satisfied .. I know we women can do so much and have so much potential .. 5 years ago I discovered cheating in my marriage so here you go.. I almost died but no iam NOT dead! I am finishing my PhD and smiling every day hiding my wound but that’s ok.. I will get better with time! Love you Oprah and JLO please know regardless of race religion or culture .. nothing stops honest human bonding .. all other things are just shallow shells that do NOT matter !

such a great interview we got to see so many different sides to her, she is a inspirational women. I have followed her career for 20 years and she has grown in a big way.
