When you mentioned architecture I would like to point out that some of these projects took centuries to complete. That is something we are hardly able to conceive today, and the reason for that may lay with a general outlook of society at large. The generations that build the great cathedrals really thought of themselves as gods children and doing god work on earth. And it doesn't matter if they were right, like a sportsteam believing in their victory even against the odds, they had vision. I don't think we realize how nihilistic and thus negativistic our contemporary society has become, as we are all in the middle of it.

Doing it all my adult life and at 73 I’m still doing it all alone but I have Jesus. Thank God for all those blessings he sent to me and how much I did with him carrying me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Well hopefully it is for the glorification of God because the alternate given by the God's Word is NOT good....destruction. I don’t think somebody made me cry so many times as Jordan Peterson. Also taught and gave me hope as this man. Love you, Jordan!

After dinner one evening, when the most intellectual and eloquent speaker EVER had finished feeding a multitude, he gave a speech. And, when done, there were those who grumbled and disagreed, those who were confused and didn't understand, and there were those who understood and followed Him. (that was only about 2000 of the five thousand) GOOD SHEPHERDING JBP!

The more Dr Peterson finds in his studies, the more he ends up learning what once was taught to children in Sunday School. True wisdom has always had only one source, the fear of God

This and other videos from Dr. Peterson have made my thought processes more ordered and given validation to many of them. Knowing that my ideas on existence are not totally 'off the wall' is reassuring to day the least. These are questions that I have pondered all my life, and I am almost 80 now and was beginning to wonder if I would ever tie up any of the loose ends. That is happening now. It is of course a never ending process. How I survived this long is a miracle, but I have, all my faults notwithstanding. Onwards and, hopefully, upwards.

The word "trying" was used because Dr. Peterson DOES NOT SUCCEED to deliver 100% of his message, and this happens, more or less, because of the people that don't want to listen. Of course, some people listen and can contract him in x, y, and z cases, but this is just a minority. Everybody has his flaws. No one is a saint. But if we're going to have a discussion (in general), let's bring on some arguments. Otherwise, everybody is wasting time.

And afaik, they rejected his conclusions, and (at least his portion of) the project ended. So, true. But, I've been this road a bit earlier actually! I can say answers exist. I discover and discuss them now more than ever. I'm happy finally that time is near for his enlightenment.

I really like how Eckhart Tolle speaks about living in the now and viewing our surroundings as it exists in that moment, void of preconditioned interpretation. I also find that on a more extreme end if things, that people like Dolores Cannon resonate when they talk about souls and our purpose on this planet. How ‘life’ exists in all creatures and objects. It links to the molecular level and how we’re all connected. If we can understand that we all originate from ‘the source’ then wars cease to be relevant. That this life is simply one of many perhaps, with lessons to be learned, can free us of the burden of worry and anxiety. I was raised an atheist but the more I learn from various subject ‘field experts’, the happier I’ve become, knowing that many events or challenges are there to guide us toward better outcomes or enhanced spiritual awareness.

Your videos require my total attention. I agree with 98 percent of what you say. I have already publicly commented. I have life outside internet, so later I will watch this.

When you see the night Sky you realize there is a powerful being that has spun everything together and the very sight you are experiencing shows all of HIS Splendor. Therefore you have to acknowledge that he is Who He is and no one else could have created that beautiful night sky. He is Almighty God and his Name is Jesus. Mr. Peterson i appreciate all that you bring and I concur with your findings. We must align ourselves with that Creator. He Makes Canada the Hub for the nations. What a Great nation Canada is. It has Wisdom from people as yourself and also Elites in the Spiritual. Yes we are a Spiritual nation and the world is looking upon us. Thank you for your Videos. I enjoy them. I enjoy Truth!

The number one reason ppl fail to understand life and how it all works is they fail to carefully study Scripture. How do you do that? Well you read it and study it just about everyday for 10, 15, 20, 50, 80 plus years. Its different for everybody. If everyone would just take the time to study and read Scripture as it is intended life is easy.

Life is never ‘easy’ for long. Especially for a child of God, who is ‘targeted’ the most. We are to pick up our cross daily.... Luke 9:23

Instinct...is a human gift...

I know God, I walk in covenant with God and I Love God. I fear God as well and that is the beginning of Love because until you fear disobeying God and causing God to look upon you in shame so you feel horrible then you can not love Him. I started this walk when I was 32, to look for God. I started to actually begin to find God when I was 39 and sealed myself to God as the gospel tells us to, those of us who listen to the gospel teacher and not the ones who came after him, know to take up the commandments of God and to seek out our roots back to Abraham and to Moses and Yehoshua and the prophets so we become firm in knowledge of what GOD ALONE asked of us. It took me several years of fighting sin and the devil by obeying God. I fought the sin out of me with God's help, by his instructions in the written word. It is a very narrow road and as the mattan/Matthew gospel says very few will find it. We have to fight Satan and the whole world that serves him in sin in order to get out and the one who will help is God alone because we can't trust anyone else. I am with God, God provides for myself and my family and yes there is absolutely evidence BUT not until you absolutely come clean, in thought, word and deed, the absolute opposite of all the lying religions. The gospel was sent down to free us from sin by sending us to our teacher and if you reject it then you are freed from God into sin perpetually and to death spiritually from God which as I can now see is absolutely hell on earth, your light you pretend to have is absolutely darkness caused by your unwillingness to even try to obey God. I speak to 99% of the population. If you can't put everyone first after God and stop yourself from all sin THEN YOUR NOT WORTHY AND YOU ARE ALREADY FINISHED BEFORE YOU EVEN STARTED. So come out of all sun, take up the commandments and begin your battle, call to GOD ALONE, LEARN YOUR ROOTS, BE GOD'S PEOPLE. FIGHT SATAN WHO IS THE SINNERS INNER VOICE, THE CONSCIENCE THAT LEADS YOU TO HURT YOU, that's not you, it's Satan the deceiver. If you come to God and pass the trials cleansing yourself by obedience then GOD WILL BECOME YOUR CONSCIENCE AND YOU WILL LOVE GOD AND HATE SIN, SATAN WILL FLEE FROM YOU. SO there it is Mr Peterson Peace, the ball in in your court Be wary of this world, it is the valley of death, you need God's light and God doesn't dwell with sin or sinners. Not until they begin the journey to stop sin. 😀😉

Dr Peterson, your use of experience we all can relate to is well done, specifically the imagry surrounding awe. There is an author you may be interested in reading (if you havn't come across him already!) named Rudolf Otto. In his "The Idea of the Holy", he describes humanity's experience of awe in the face of the Infinite. Its a great book on theology and philosophy. Thanks for all you do. Thanks for being brave to speak about your experiences in a way we can relate to. God Bless you and your family.

I listened to a podcast a short while back with Sheikh Hamza Yusuf. He said that we don't look up at the stars and the night sky anymore like people did long ago in the past. And that if cities turned the lights out every once in a while and people went out to look at the stars and reflect, then more people would believe in God. That may or may not be true, I just thought it was lovely. Jordan Peterson really captures that experience of belief when looking at the sky and pondering on our existence.

When CS Lewis was struggling with his atheism, he once wrote, that if there is an all-powerful good God, whybis is there so much evil in the world? But then he asked himself, from where did I get this idea of good and evil? That's what Peterson is talking about here. And eventually, Lewis realized his idea of good, and evil, came from God.

I am thankful for the meaning that God ( creator God ) through creation itself, through music, through love, through awe ( when we look at a new born life ) & the night skies Through answered prayers 🙏🏻 People who say there is no God, its true for them, there is no God. they have deemed themselves unworthy through unbelief. wms72. Acts chapter 5:34 - 42 Rabbi Gamli'el was not speaking about "Catholicism" or "The Church" - he was speaking of the Disciples/followers of Yeshua of Nazaret. Jews who believed He is The Messiah. Acts ch 5 Verse 41-42 attest to them proclaiming Him daily in both The Temple (Jewish), and from house to house.
