I am building up a permanent windows 10 PC in the car, for automated recording... Want to hit some nice curves with it or even some track time to get a dope recording

Oh man, i think you understand mistakes that 99,9% makers of 6DOF platforms do:) thanks for data!

how cool would it be if you could rent a super car and record a track run with it to be replayed back in a simulator... I could actually see commercial opportunities with that, very cool!

My little BRZ not fast enough???!!! haha.. i have a supercharger on backorder... that ought to spruce these up a bit :) ... for sure though, I was thinking about going to the "Tail of the Dragon" road ,.. and other simular,.. recording them and allowing others to experience it,.. I rarely look into the financial aspects of things for these projects ... not why I do it,.. I just wanna have fun :)

Sfco Awol mentioned the commercial purpose of it, but i thought it was made to calibrate the rig to output real forces feeling properly. I imagined what if you make a different rig presets based on your knowledge and data for different types of cars for simracing or one that fits all. Maybe i talk nonsense cos have no experience in it, since my rig is just a static stand for wheel, bucket and e-brake. I don't know how accurate do they simulate the forces. Subscribed. Liked. @@Christopherknauf I get it! Sometimes when you have to do things for profit it sucks the fun out of it. Supercharger should really liven that thing up! V6 I'm assuming? Cant wait to see that!.. I'm still waiting on my build a little. I decided to wait until I can biuld a stationary cockpit first and then get the motion system setup. It was definitely worth getting the first motor and driver tho to make sure I was able to finish it off at the end. Just waiting for the new fanatec direct drive wheelbase to come out this fall so I can continue my build
